We had a fantastic experience at Oltremare. We were celebrating my fiancée's birthday, and from the moment we walked in, we were treated like VIPs. The food was excellent, with some very creative amuse-bouches that delighted us. Antonella and Vincenzo ensured we were fully satisfied throughout the evening. It was wonderful to have such knowledgeable and passionate people who took the time to explain each dish in detail and expertly answered all of our questions. We couldn't have asked for a better celebration.

Really a great restaurant in Amalfi Coast! The service couldn’t be better, l would say incredible : Patricia and the rest of the Team. The food memorable. I only think should not suggest a minimum diferent dishes neither the same plates for all the table because would be more interesting to experience more inventions from the great chef. Should have at least a Michelin star!!

We had a wonderful dinner at Oltremare. The food was absolutely phenomenal. Many of the dishes were seafood forward, as is custom in the area due to it being on the coast, and the dishes were refined, complex, and delicious. Antonella was our waitress, and she was attentive, pleasant, and informative. We would recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic meal with many flavors of Amalfi and beyond.

Amazing night with unbelievable food. The service was impeccable. Every course had a specific explanation of how it was created and the Chefs intent and sourcing. Being able to watch the Chef and their staff and they created our meals was almost magical. They were also able to adapt the ingredients to make it lactose free for us. All of this and the view over looking Maiori Minori and Amalfi made the evening beyond special. We will absolutely return for another meal on our next trip to the Amalfi coast.

We had an incredible dining experience at this unique restaurant in Maiori. It is located on the top floor of a hotel on the side of the mountain, and the views were outstanding. We chose the chef's tasting menu, and there were numerous courses, including some surprises from the chef. We dined with our children (ages 7 and 10), and they even commented about the service and experience. The service was wonderful. Everyone was extremely attentive and explained in great detail each course. We had a great time and the dishes were different and delicious.

An exceptional dining experience for the whole family! Absolutely unforgettable experience. The view was breathtaking, and the staff were warm, attentive, and truly welcoming. But the highlight? The food. The 8-course tasting menu brought a tear to my eye—easily the best meal of my life. Every dish was thoughtful, delicious, and beautifully presented; not a single bite felt out of place or uninteresting. They even went above and beyond to accommodate my young niece, offering options perfect for her simpler palate. This was hands down the best night of our trip so far. Highly recommend!

+5The last evening of our visit to Maiori was made so incredibly special by the maître d', Vincenzo and front of house staff, Antonella, Letizia and Patrizia at Oltremare. The service was warm, friendly and inviting and thorough explanations were given for each dish, detailing the ingredients and their provenance. We opted for one of the tasing menus with wine pairing. The chef presented every dish exquisitely and they were absolutely delicious. Thank you for a wonderfully unforgettable evening.

A memorable experience. The chief is so talented and generous. The food is really excellent! Would deserve a Michelin star. The service is perfect. The venue is beautiful and warm. Hats off to the chef and his fabulous team. The food, staff and setting were exceptional and very reasonably priced. A true gem on the maiori coastline, worth every penny. We have dined at a fair few Michelin restaurants and this has exceeded many of them.

An exceptional dinner, in an exceptional setting, with a wonderful staff creating and serving dinner at the highest level. This place is honestly out of this world, me and my partner had one of the best cuisine experiences of our lives. Enzo was amazing and looked after us incredibly well, he couldn’t have done more for us! He selected the most perfect complimenting wine to our dinner selections and made it extra special for us. The waitresses also were amazing and looked after us perfectly the whole time. The food was absolutely sensational and a true testimony to Italian food. 10/10

One of the best meals I have ever had. Delicious food, an incredible view and some of the best front of house and waiting staff I have been served by. We came on a Saturday for lunch and it was quiet, but that just made for a more impeccable and personable service.

Vincenzo and his team were very attentive and provided an unforgettable Mother’s Day dining experience for our family! The food was exquisite and the wine selections were exceptional. While we didn’t have the pairing menu, our plethora of amuse bouche options provided made us feel as if we had selected the tasting menu. Hats off to the Oltremare team and if you find yourself in Maiori, it’s a must. All tables have a beautiful sea view, so you won’t be disappointed!

The visit at the restaurant was an incredible success and a wonderful journey through a particular taste of the products of the Campania region. It was an incredible experience dining at Oltremare. I felt very welcome the second I stepped into the restaurant. The staff was waiting for me with open arms and wide smiles. The sommelier even mentioned he was just waiting for my party. The atmosphere is very conducive to fine dining - the right type of music played at a volume low but yet discernable. I loved loved loved the food, the presentation and the pace of each dish served. It takes a level of art to make a fish dish with leaves layered between layers of fish — yum and unforgettable taste. I dined at the Torre Normandie next door the evening before and I have to say Oltre Mare is a far better place in term of services, the taste of the food and ambience. I will return to Oltre Mare when I am next in Amalfi but i will skip Torre Normandie.

+7Give Oltremare a Michelin star ASAP! Service, impeccable. Menu, cohesive and delightful. Wine pairings, well-thought out and a story behind each. Of the entire evening, there was a single wine pairing that was slightly off, but my wife is close to being a Somm herself so that’s really splitting hairs. 10/10. Tell them the bourbon lover from KY sent you!
