10/10We had a great evening at Omnibus! Our food was delicious and we enjoyed the views of the canal. We were surprised with lemon cello from the manager at the end of the meal. It was an easy dining experience to settle into our stay in Venice!

2.5/10The waiter sat us at a table that was not large enough for our party despite having a reservation. The bread was hard as a rock and we fed it to the birds. The lasagna was awful. Do. It recommend this place. Find one of the other 100’s of restaurants

5/10The waiters are not polite. We had ordered aperol spritz and said them to especially please use fresh prosecco its mean that it should be fizzy! They did it like a orange juice. When ee tasted it, we said them it is not good, they said us, it’s the spritz, we prepare it maybe 600 times in a day. It was very trash! We said them you may get the new one, one we will pay and leave yhis restaurant without order dinner. The guy was very angry. He got it and came back with same glasses just added some sparklıng water… omg… it was awful. İn venice, we dramk worst aperol spritz! We sere so hungry with 3 kids! So we had no more chance to change the restaurant. But ı dont recommend this restaurant anybody if you dont die for craving

2.5/10The waiters were friendly. The view was decent. There was a waiter outside trying to persuade passersby to dine. The food was mediocre pasta dishes. The worst was the man that brings the payment machine — he was so rude. We asked a simple question about a charge on the receipt and he went on a lengthy, condescending, loud explanation about it. He embarrassed us in front of all the customers. AND he asked about what tip we were going to add. Disgusting behavior. This place is not Venetian food. It is a tourist trap with a rude and aggressive employee.

7.5/10DO NOT MAKE A RESERVATION! When arriving at the time of our reservation, the restaurant was half empty. The tables directly by the canal were available, but we were told they are reserved. So we sat farther by the sidewalk. The whole dinner one of the employees was yelling right behind my seat at the passers-by to dine in the restaurant with the seating available "by the canal". What? The food was very good. We had pizza, calzones, pasta bolognese and couple of appetizers: burrata and cold cuts plater. I would recommend all of those. The location is great and the server was good. Im would visit again, just with no reservation.

5.5/10Great view but the rest of the experience was mediocre at best. The service team was disorganized and mixed up orders. The food, especially the chicken and shrimp, was bland and lacked effort.

5/10Ordered Aperol Spritz & given Campari Spritz. We questioned before tasting as the colour was wrong. Waiter 'snapped' its Aperol. One taste confirmed it wasn't ! Sea food risotto was poor, the squid was like a rubber tyre. All the squid left & we were asked why....no apology. After 10 mins of ordering lasagne I was told they had run out & it would take 'hours' to make more. No menu brought back for me to choose an alternative. Eventually chose something else off the menu. Again no apology. It really did feel as if some (not all) of the waiting staff had a really poor attitude & poor customer understanding. Location great but I wouldn't go back.

10/10Our first night in Venice and it could not have been better! Food 10/10, service 10/10, ambience 10/10. We had a reservation for 6 people to celebrate our 25th anniversary. Our special table wasn’t quite ready so they sat us inside with a complimentary glass of Prosecco while our table was prepared. Several wonderful servers waited on us and provided the most perfect evening. Concluded our meal with the best limoncello and a suggestion to climb the stairs to their balcony for stunning pictures with the Rialto bridge in the background! Just WOW!! Thank you!!!

7.5/10This restaurant had great service and the location is very good being on the water. The food was not that good. Perhaps the pizza in northern Italy is different but after being in Sorrento and Rome it was disappointing.

10/10Had a wonderful experience - all of the staff was incredibly friendly and eager to share about their own lives and must-dos in Venice, which we loved. The food was fantastic and the lobster pasta was one of the best dishes we’ve had on our trip!

8/10The service at this restaurant was brilliant, plenty of staff waiting ready to serve, we was very well looked after. The position & View from the restaurant is excellent, you cannot see the Rialto Bridge due to the water bus stop but you are right on the grand canal & next to Gondolas. The food wasn't the best & the Lobster was dry & overcooked but would still recommend due to the location & service. Not as expensive as you might think for is location.

10/10We had our dinner for 24th Dec. Large food portion. Everything is fresh and delicious. We would like to try their cheese cake but we are already full. Waiters (Egli & Alex) as well as the supervisor are very attentive to the customers. Keep it up.

4/10The staff were so friendly and warm. But the food really disappointed me. We had ordered pasta bolognese and risotto with shrimps. The pasta was exactly like the pastas you get from a supermarket, nothing special. I may blame the risotto on my taste but i would highly NOT recommend this restaurant if you want to experience an exquisite taste.

10/10Amazingggg service and food, at first it was only 11 of us and than it became 28 of us and they accommodated right away ! It was an experience and ambiance I will always remember my first time in Venice and they made the trip 10 times better. Now the food was a 10/10, I couldn’t say anything bad about but I wish I had more. I recommend for you to come if it’s your first time in Venice especially when it’s by the canal and the Rialto bridge

7.5/10This was overall a nice spot for one of our meals in Venice. The restaurant is in a prime spot near the Rialto bridge, great ambience and also great friendly service. The food was definitely good but not anything amazing. Price to quality ratio was ok though as it didn't break the bank.
