Very good food and decor. A bit loud though

This was a 50th birthday celebration. Our waiter looked like he was 12! He was young and not experienced. He asked us multiple times what we were wanting to drink, we obliged and reminded him again. He then could not remember what we ordered and asked again. The steak and Wagu were very good, the fish was not outstanding by any means. Bland and slightly undercooked. Although I had mentioned in my booking that this was a 50th birthday celebration no one made any effort to recognize this. Other tables with celebrations were given a desert with candle. Of all the restaurants in Paris I chose yours. I flew my wife from Hawaii for this dinner. I expected much better service than was provided. We felt that we were given your worst server, maybe due to our accents. We had money to spend and it seems that you only want to give the best service to other patrons. That’s a shame as you could become quite a good restaurant if you take care of every single guest in a polished manner.

Loved the textures and seasoning, especially the subtle miso touch. I’d just prefer slightly warmer plates.
