Wait staff and food were excellent. The table side service felt like a drama in the best sense — so knowledgeable, considerate, authentic and low key enthusiastic about their chef and food. I had a great time.

A very special restaurant. They take everything very seriously and that is reflected in the food which is astonishing. Really intense flavours beautifully presented. We went a la carte as we didn't fancy either of the set menus (though I'm sure both would have been excellent) There's a very extensive wine list but we went with a simple bottle of Erbaluche that served perfectly as a backdrop to all the flavours. A very memorable meal.

Every interaction from server to Sommalliere was kind, professional and genuine. Every bite of food and drink of wine was impeccably well thought out and delivered. The anniversary dessert was incredibly thoughtful and appreciated. Well worth every cent spent.

Very lovely place, the food was good but some dishes not so tasty but the creativity too good. Didnt like my desert but the other desert that bring to the other person was very very tasty

+8Michelin star service and experience! As a touristto Turino, it was very nice that most of the staff spoke English. Every course was a delight and paired exceptionally with wines (Opera, Act II wine choice). It's difficult to pick a favorite dish as each was so delicious and presented, but the seafood (cuddlefish) risotto was unparalleled paired with the 2008 Querbach Riesling. We would happily return 😊

I have been coming to Italy very frequently for a great many years and this was quite simply the best meal I have ever had with service of impeccable quality and a brilliant mixture of flavours and textures. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

We had high expectations, which were fully met or exceeded. The four of us had a large table where we could chat and enjoy the food in a quiet atmosphere. The service was always on hand, very friendly and competent. We chose the Opera menu, without wine accompaniment, but with a tea accompaniment. The individual bottles recommended with the meal were very well suited. During the meal itself, each course was an experience. The culinary evening is not cheap, but worth every euro. We will be happy to come again.

Excellent from start to finish - limited menu choices allows for meticulous preparation and outstanding quality. The service was both attentive and friendly yet extremely professional- we were a 3 and tried most of the dishes between us and enjoyed the combinations of taste and quality. We will be back!

Beautiful place, Service is one of the best ever received, aspecially their sommelier who was also the best in the English language. We got their Opera 8-dishes menu with the recommended Wine-menu, and it gets the best rating from us!

Excellent service, innovative food and nice atmosphere in the restaurant. Price and quality fully balanced. All in all a very good experience and we’ll definitely be back.

We had a great time! We really liked this small cozy restaurant! The food is incomparable, especially risotto and golden apple! Respect! The staff is very friendly! The bar card is huge! I think we will come back here again soon!

Our experience at Opera was wonderful. We had the tasting plate, I had the Opera and my wife had the Tomato (vegetarian). You start and end with house tastings, both sweet and savory. The service was the finest, every person was a master at their craft and conversational in several languages. We have eaten at other Michelin restaurants and this experience was one of our finest. This was four hours well spent with our newest friends.

Lot of good things to say: from the excellent food, to the creative initiative to present one 6 courses menu centered on a single, seasonal ingredient (when we went, it was the tomato). The wine list is good and not overpriced. The ambience is just perfect: cozy with great space between tables and romantic. The staff is young, enthusiastic and well prepared, open to answer questions and to share the philosophy and the research behind every dish. All in all, a great experience, they are an inch away from the star (table could be cleaned before the desserts…) Hey, don’t miss the sake… just marvelous!

We were there first time at the end of 2019. All was excellent. This time were really happy to see, that this restaurant survived during Covid years, same chef, same team - seems very hard to do more when level is high at the beginning, but year by year the cuisine become better and better. Definitely will come again.

Absolutely delicious food and wine delivered with exceptional service. For me Opera stands with the best in Europe. There were many standout dishes but if I had to choose one it would be the pigeon served in various ways. There is also a vegetarian menu but that's not for me!

Some really great moments, but a lot of misses. I think trying too hard to be creative and fussy without enough consideration of the diner’s experience. Had a meal in Milan the night before that was twice as good for half the price. If you are into experimental food, this is the place for you. Not if you want a really great meal.

Lovely experience and good food

While Michelin hands out its stars generously in Turin, this hidden gem serves fantastic food with superb service to its guests without having a useless star or any other ratings. Opera is definitely one of the best restaurants in the city and they do not need any rating of decadent guides and discredited inspectors... Opera is one of the reasons that will bring me back to Turin.

What an amazing experience! The quality of the food was just fantastic, it is made for those who really like fine food. Service was really professional too, in case of a little mistake, they quickly correct it and add something on top of your meal to apologize.

Really excellent restaurant and food; we all had the tasting menu, which was very reasonably priced compared to other restaurants of similar standard around the world. Very interesting dishes, and perfectly cooked and presented. We had a fantastic Sunday lunch, would go back if in Turin again.
