7.5/104,6/5 score and nice promising pictures via Google with creative veggie&fruit accompaniments on the plate. Sadly not the case when we were there , apart from the sea-food gratin , our 4 other dishes were quite bland and apparently at that point , the chef's input concerning tasty side-creations on the dishes , was disappointingly limited to coarseley shredded iceberg , radicchio and raw soybean sprouts without any dressing ; honestly the kind you buy in the supermarket pre-cut in their typical plastic wrap. Our 4 other tasteless dishes : cold prawns in yoghurt , salmon carpaccio that is tastier in a all-you-can-eat formula , overly salted sea bass and an expensive langouste "alla Catalan" , served cold like in Belle-Vue style , for which the chef didn't even bother to use a fragrant broth to pre-cook the langouste , accompanied by vegetable julienne , raw and tasteless as well , no dressing nor sauce , to at least put some taste in the dish. Pure cuisine does not mean tasteless..

9.5/10The restaurant had some very tasty dishes. We were blown away by the Bruschetta with turnip greens, sun-dried tomato and stracciatella cheese. We also had the seafood pasta, seared tuna and a delicious veal dish. The restaurant, while busy with some large groups, had pretty good service and more importantly, they could call for a taxi for us since our hotel was in the suburbs. We would definitely eat at Opera again!

10/10Found it on Trip Adviser and thought we would try. It’s away from the pedestrian street restaurants and a little out of the way but really good. Would definitely recommend.

10/10Great hospitality, food and wine thank you. Between us we had two pasta dishes; one spaghetti with crab and tomato, and one with truffle and beef tartare. Both delicious. Followed by two mains; the veal and porcini, and the monk fish with Parmesan, again delicious as was the desert we shared. The Primitivio was excellent and good value. Ambience was great. Well recommended. Thank you.

7/10Nice environment but underwhelmed by the food quality given its price tag. Went with my partner for diner. We ordered 4 main dishes. -Octopus; felt unwashed, full of sand, every bite was a grind. -The raw scampi were underseasoned. -the truffle pasta were a success, flavorful. -the cavatelli were not to my taste, i will remain neutral and put in on subjective opinion. -After my comment on the uneatable octopus, they offered the puffy creamy dessert. Overall disappointed given the 100+Euros bill (with bottle of wine and sparkling water)

10/10Lovely restaurant in new town just off main shopping streets. Excellent food. Great fish dishes. Super service. Also received a couscous and pepper starter dish and also pastries at end of meal. Great prices elegant dining room.

7.5/10Lovely place with, a nice environment and design. Service a bit too much on customers, pressing to order and the worst was I received the bill before I asked for it and with still half a bottle of wine, it may be Una tamtum thing... Apart from this I recommend it.

9.5/10The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere with beautifully draped tables and correct atmospheric lighting (something many Italians don’t seem to understand). The food was truly excellent and very fairly priced. While the service is highly professional, no one would call it warm or welcoming. Still, this is a very minor issue when the rest of the experience is so stellar! Bravo.

10/10Delicious food, variety of choice of meat and fresh seafood dishes, big portions and served on fancy plates, great friendly service, warm, cosy and chic atmosphere, great wine. Definitely worth recommending. Advisable to book a table at least a day in advance. We also got a 20% discount from booking a table via Tripadvisor.

2.5/10We arrived on time for our reservation. We were seated and waited about 10 minutes before someone came to take our order. We ordered wine, appetizers, and entrees. My appetizer came promptly. My wife ordered oysters. They brought the wrong appetizer and said her oysters would take a few minutes. 45 minutes later she still had not received the oysters. We were told a few more minutes again. Then they brought her entree. At that point I requested the check, paid, and left the restaurant. I’ve never, ever done that before. No one from management even bothered to came and say they were sorry. Very sad!

it’s all true, wunfortunately language difference did not help communication, we are very sorry, we didn’t understand each other, you arrived in advance, before the opening of the restaurant, you were the first customers to enter, and the load of fresh fish arrived late,it wasn't our fault, an accident on the road can happen, this happened does not change the high quality and good service of the Opera restaurant.

10/10Our party of 10 had an extraordinary dining experience this evening. All of the appetizers, the entrées the desserts and drinks were superb our compliments to the chef and his colleagues for entertaining our group. Definitely worth a second visit and the food was excellent, and the prices were more than reasonable. Exceptional dining, reasonable prices.

9/10Booked on the fork and got 20% off food. The prices were very reasonable for the quality and portion size. Really enjoyed our tuna tacos. They were amazing. Gluten-free bread was offered and there was a good choice of gluten free dishes - even a ricotta based dessert! Would go back. Recommend that you book as we saw a few people turned away.

9/10Opera offered some really nice fish options. I opted for the monkfish which was quite nice and the rest had Tuna and Sea Bass all were happy. The only negative was the music which were some lame cover singers of pop songs that were mostly butchered over their sound system. All being said the food was great but the restaurant was really dead so we got decent service but we prefer to be around a few more locals when we eat.

6/10We didn’t enjoy our food at all it could have been poor choice but didn’t feel the accompanying dishes went with the main ingredients and the staff were very busy there for not attentive at all and tbe main lady was not very helpful
