5/10It felt as if perhaps a key staff member may have been missing? The service was extremely slow...over three hours for lunch including a 45+ minute wait between pasta and the secondo. The menu is beautiful, the dishes all sound amazing but everything was under seasoned and not properly cooked; the duck was practically raw while lamb was cooked through - solid grey without even a hint of pink. Wine was brought to the table already opened and we were not offered a taste, the glasses were just poured. My wife wondered if the bottle had already been opened or the wine switched. Pastas were good, but nothing spectacular. The antipasto course also left much to be desired. A gambero rosso crudo on some sort of crisp that just didn't work and a huge portion of assino tartare that was accompanied with shaved truffles that were without any flavor. Staff was very friendly, but when charging these prices in Puglia you should be Michelin quality - and it was nowhere close.

10/10Service is impeccable in a very intimate setting in the middle of nature. Food is excellent. We will surely be back.

10/10TOP NOTCH! It was the last dinner during our 10-day round trip in Puglia. Unfortunatelly. After this WONDERFUL experience. I still enjoy the tastes we had half an hour ago.... After this experience, I would go for the AIR full menu - unfortunately, it will be the air back home experience :( The two courses we had from the AIR menu were next level, while the astice risotto should become the signature dish ;) The wine list was really good. For me coming from a small country (Slovenia) it was nice to see Korenika malvasia from the place I was born as the highlight of the whites. Some more ribolla giala from Colio (rebula from Brda) could be an upgrade to the list, or even an add-on to the list - the orange wines selection (for example Gravner). It turned out the place is only two years old - I sincerely wish you succeed! YOU DESERVE IT!

10/10Good food, high quality ingredients with some innovative proposal Really good service Highly recommend! and if you have the chance take an appetizer in the garden In my opinion after dinner drink list should be improved

10/10A very nice Masseria with a great chef and very good staff. We had a great evening with fantastic food and wine in a warm atmosphere.
