Strange place. Meat was only 1 kg (no possible order less). After order the cow meat they bring piece of meat fully fat. Carpaccio was a strange taste and was almost impossible to chew.

Really welcoming and engaging staff. Very knowledgeable about their food and wine. Passionate. And it came through in the meal.

Besides the over the top food and accommodation for food sensitivity’s and stellar service…..we received a call shortly after leaving saying we were overcharged for something by mistake. The honesty and integrity was beyond. Fantastic organization and servers all smiling.

The restaurant's location is very pleasant, nestled among the vineyards, but the overall experience was disappointing! We opted for the Tasting Menu because we thought it would be the best way to experience the best of the restaurant. But we were extremely disappointed! The four dishes presented were extremely simple, with absolutely nothing surprising! Dishes that didn't befit a Michelin-starred experience! Looking at the dishes at the other tables, we realized it would have been better to choose items from the traditional menu, rather than the Tasting Menu! It was my daughter's birthday, and I requested something different for her, and they accommodated her request with a different dessert from ours, complete with a candle, which was kind of them! Tip: If you go to the restaurant, order items from the traditional menu rather than the Tasting Menu, as it was truly disappointing!

The entrées and the wine were very good. Everything was almost perfect until we got our main course, a risotto. We needed to wait almost an hour between the entrées and the risotto, which for us wasn’t such a big problem as we were on holiday. But when the risotto arrived we were very disappointed. The risotto was not well cooked — the grains were hard, and it was so watery that it looked more like a soup than a risotto. It also had a slightly sour taste, which the waitstaff explained was intentional. It’s a shame, because we were ready to recommend this place to many friends, but after this experience, we just can’t. Especially since the kitchen insisted the risotto was meant to be like that. We would have understood if it had simply turned out poorly by mistake.

The food was fantastic, the service was excellent and the wine out of this world. We have been before and will definitely be back.

+1We were met by a wonderful lady who walked us around part of the vineyard and was able to speak very good English. She accompanied us to the restaurant and talked us through the wines and the menu. The food we ordered was absolutely superb and the chef made up a special dish for me which the waitress referred to as ‘lettuce’ and my word was it sensational! My partner’s meal was also superb having the egg dish to start followed by the fried fish. We tried 3 wines and ordered a bottle of the Nina which had Susumaniello grape was fantastic.

One of the worst restaurant experiences ever. Very slow service. Uninspiring food. Expensive. And left me with a stomach ache. Never again.

We were welcomed even though it was near closing time. Food was great and there were plenty of wine suggestions which were quite nicely paired with our dishes. Recommended 👍🏻

Unfortunately we had a disappointing evening. We were sat for dinner at 20:30 and at 21:45 we asked what had happened with the food we ordered. They came back some minutes later, still with no food, apologizing they had forgotten our order and asking to wait "5 more minutes"... at that moment we lost any trust and we stood up and left to find somewhere else where we could actually have some dinner. They have more demand that they can actually serve. Could be a nice place if they adjusted their offer to what they really can serve. What should have been a nice summer dinner was a stressful evening.

We were seeking a traditional, authentic Italian food experience, and we sure got it. It ticked all our boxes, the food, the staff, the location, and ambience. One of those tucked away gems which shouldn't be missed if you're in the area. We will definitely be going back!

This osteria and enoteca was outstanding! Food, wine and service were the best we've experienced in Puglia to date. I had the stuffed artichoke and fettuccini pastificio del duca and my husband had the tuna tartar and seafood risotto. The wine pairings were excellent (so much so that we purchased three bottles of wine). Grazie mille!

Elegant setting and competent service. Had the best Ventresca di tonno ever! Dishes are automatically paired with relly good wines, an interesting concept as it is included in the price

We’ve eaten here twice now and it’s one of the best places ever! The food is wonderful and each dish is paired with an excellent local wine. The setting is incredible - outside under beautiful lights and surrounded by plants. This is a really special restaurant, perfect for a special occasion or celebration.

Very good food and wines. Every course is accompanied by one of the homemade wines. They also offer the possibility to do a wine tour + tasting.

Memorable experience with a unique wine pairing built into the menu. The food was delicious (highly recommend the egg appetizer and ravioli) and the ambience inviting and warm.

The whole experience was delightful and we will definitely return. The opportunity to buy,some of the wine and produce used in the restaurant was an added bonus.
