7.5/10A well staffed and friendly restaurant with good service speed and effectiveness. The menu was varied and contained acceptable selections to fit most customer’s expectations. Portions were ample, fresh and prepared correctly. A nice place for a quick and enjoyable meal.

9.5/10Good choice of vegan food in central Rome, which to my surprise is not that easy to find. Yes, you can have something to eat in most restaurants, but there are not that many with a clearly marked vegan selection. We ate in Origano a few times, it’s quite affordable and only 3 minutes walk from our apartment. Great pizza and pasta!

3.5/10The food was incredibly disappointing. Nothing tasted good. The bruchetta was simply cut up tomatoes on burnt toast. Not even a drop of oil on it. The pizza looked unwell. It was sloppy food but charged at high prices. I don’t understand why others rated this restaurant so high. The staff was ok, very friendly but towards the end they were cold. They charged us 10% service charge already I don’t know what else they want. I don’t recommend this at all.

8/10Deliberately picked as a group with vegans and non vegans visiting Rome and taking photos nearby of the Trevi fountain - was pleased we went! Great options for everyone- pasta & pizzas fab! (Vegan could have had little more flavour but great sauce and amazing roast potatoes as accompaniment). Would definitely recommend to anyone- vegan or otherwise. Good value and portions.

9.5/10Wonderful restaurant just around the corner from Trevi and Spanish Steps - we’re vegan so we were happy that it had some nice options for us. The food took quite a while to arrive and that’s the only negative, otherwise a great experience.

8/10The food was amazing. The waitresses were friendly and attentive. We enjoyed our last (for this trip) night in Rome! We’ll definitely coming back! I ordered a steak, it was big and and delicious. It was cooked medium rare as I’ve wanted. Grazie.

9/10My daughter ate at this restaurant a number of times before I arrived in Rome and together we had two dinners. It really suited our needs—she is vegan and I am not. We especially enjoyed the pasta carbonara (vegan and non-vegan) and the artichoke. Also, the service was good and the price was reasonable.

10/10Had really good vegan and non vegan/veggie options. Enjoyed a great vegan pizza and my partner had vegan meatballs which was amazing. Would recommend to visit even if it is for just 1 meal but we will be going again.

10/10Our first night out in Rome and so glad we booked a table at Origano Trevi. I am a vegan and they easily catered for me with loads of choice, my partner enjoyed a meaty carbonara so we were both happy. Excellent wine and superb, friendly service. Don’t hesitate to visit.
