Origin is quaint, comforting and inviting. The “acquasale” a typical dish from Martina Franco, was amazing. Our server, Martina, was engaging and lively. All our dishes were flavorful. Definitely a must if visiting Martins Franco.

This is the second time we have lunch at Osteria Origi and again everything was wonderful, service, food, and location. I'll come back again and I fully recommend this place.

Very cosy place, though not a lot of space and can become occupied very quickly. We were lucky and it was calmer. Nice hosts, the food was amazing.

This was our second visit to Origini. The first time last year for lunch, sitting outside and enjoying wonderful pasta. This time, it was dinner inside. The room is fairly small (about 20 diners), cozy and eclectic with all manner of bric a brac suspended from the ceiling and mismatched furniture throughout. This time we were here for meat - and they did not disappoint. Three of us shared a plate of capicollo tagliere to start and then mixed grill + polpette and braciola + guanciale. All were fantastic with special callout to the guanciale which was incredibly rich and flavorful. This is a dish for sharing because it is too rich for just one person to eat a whole plate of. A great bottle of wine, two deserts to share and coffee for all and the bill came out to €105 - what an incredible meal for just €35 per person! We will be back again!

The home made taragli and focaccia were to die for. The special confit to go with great assortment of cheeses and salumi were wonderful. They have a great passion for food at Origini. We liked it so much we went twice.

OriginiGrazie mille ma credo che abbia sbagliato locale noi serviamo tutti con rispetto ed educazione ma se le è sembrato così le chiedo scusa x quanto riguarda il prezzo molto alto 62 euro x 4 persone neanche al bar considerato che avete preso 1 orecchiette al pomodoro 1 tagliata di vitello 2 contorni 2 bottiglie d acqua 1 calice di vino e caffè la prossima volta fatevi 2 panini in salumeria al posto di sminuire il lavoro dei miei ragazzi la ringraziamo ancora

A great find in Martina Franca. Lovely welcome, atmosphere and a perfect last supper in Puglia. We recommend the anti pasti plate and the ragu - as good as you’ll find anywhere!
