The food is always amazing in this restaurant . The polite sevice with the atmosphair is also a bonus and very value for money .

Great food and excellent service. Outstanding quality price ratio. The eating area doesn't have AC, so it can become too warm in hot days.

Great little find near our hotel. We started worh the Greek salad which was lovely. My husband loved the lamb chops. The spices and marinade were the best he ever had. I loved my Doral fish Highly recommend

The simple decor in the restaurant lets the food shine. Everything we had was perfectly cooked, well seasoned and delicious. Super friendly staff were efficient despite the restaurant being packed. We will definitely eat here again!

I’ve eaten at the restaurant several times and the food is always been delicious. This time the Bulgar had no flavor and the chicken was very dry. We usually get a bread and tapenade before dinner which wasn’t offered to us.

Excellent restaurant with choices of meat fish, chicken, and vegetariian fare. Friendly helpful service. Very good prices on wine by glass. Complex but enjoyable seasonings. Charcoal grilled sea bass was excellent Bulghur and salad served family style with all main dishes. Happy to have found this for our group of 6.

This restaurant is very cozy and good for big group also. We had really nice food and wine. Service team was very friendly too!! Super recommended!!!

Very tasty food, and a good bottle of Turkish wine. Reasonably priced. Starters arrived quickly but there was a significant delay before mains were delivered. In fairness the waiter apologised before we commented....so was aware! Didn't significantly impact our enjoyment: the food was excellent. I guess the question is would we come back? Yes we would!

Sigara böreği was fabulous. We had the meme for two it was perfect. The Turkish white wine was also excellent. Nice lighting, not too bright. Quaint. Kind staff.

Great food of grilled meat or fish! Friendly services. Convenient location right at the de pijp or 2 min walk from metro.

Food and service were wonderful. Portion-size was just right and the lamb was cooked to perfection. There were a number of Turkish customers in the restaurant, so you know the food was authentic. The price was reasonable, too.

Well Lamb chops good have had more flavors, I have had better in other Mediterranean restaurants. Also, they were not tender and a bit chewy. Probably because of the widely ordered dish (lamb chops) in this restaurant quality control becomes difficult. But overall, I found the food to be good and delightful.

Orontes has great food in a relaxed atmosphere and very accommodating staff. Portion sizes are reasonably priced and the food is delivered hot.

Very good Turkish restaurant. Everything is fresh and tasty. I come here mostly for their grilled fish, which is delicious. The price is fair for Amsterdam.

The food was very good. All 6 of us liked everything we've ordered. The service was also good and pretty fast. The place is very cozy, feels like at home.
