9.5/10Everything was tasty, refined, creative and beautifully arranged. The preset menu gave us the ability to explore foods or tastes that we would not have chosen ourselves. Portions were properly sized, given that it was a degustation menu with many different dishes. Excellent evening.

10/10Excellent service and delicious food, a really great gourmet experience. The choice of wine was great made the whole experience even better. Our gorgeous male waiter had so much knowledge of the food and the wine- we learned a lot, got to know new grapes and had a perfect time!

8.5/10Lovely restaurant. Would be good for dates. The staff was absolutely wonderful. We don’t speak Catalonian and have a rudimentary Spanish but they went out of their way to help us feel welcome. The food was creative. Not all elements maybe to your liking but you can tell the chef likes what he does and is pushing boundaries. For example The foie gras had a sweet sauce and was served chilled, so it almost tasted like icecream or custard which I found interesting. The ceviche dish was served in a beautiful blue dish which contrasted well with the red cherry sauce. The cubes of mango tasted like cloves (secret recipe!). The final chocolate dish was marvelous. We did not do the wine pairing because we rarely drink but the suggestion for the one red wine we ordered was perfectly on point. Smooth and low acidity.

6.5/10Food was good but not as memorable as expected. Highlights were the mi-cuit foie with apple and vanilla (simply divine) and the chocolate dessert. In one of the dishes the gambas had not been cleaned of the intestine. Dishes were tasty and classy, with excellently cooked fish and meat, but generally we've had better meals from restaurants without any Michelin stars (this one had a star only until 2019). Service was very good and very friendly. The ambience was disappointing, with dated decor and in clear need of a revamp. Also, there was a very unpleasant high pitched noise coming from the kitchen throughout the evening (apparently from the oven) that ruined the atmosphere. We were really looking forward to this meal but it fell short of expectations.

6.5/10A well-known restaurant in the center of Barcelona. While the menu is not too expensive it is not cheap either. The quality of the food was good but not spectacular. The service was normal, far from what it should be (maybe because of COVID layoffs, do not know). The biggest problem was actually the COVID non-compliant measures. All tables were full at the same time in a closed space. Honestly, something to think twice especially when you can get financial fines.

6.5/10We chose the large degustation menu, with wine pairing. Wines were exotic and very different. Meal was all over the place with tastes ranging from weak to over powering. We not sure if we enjoyed the meal as we enjoyed aspects , but also there were fails. Ie the cod.neck.

10/10Like always, Osmosis keeps surprising us with their great Maridaje menu. They started producing their own ecological wines, which tatsed extraordinary! Very good and recommend to visit this restaurant.

10/10Went for our Valentine's date, and I couldn't have picked a better place for such an occasion!The attention to detail just adds up to make our experience so much more than what we expected. Everything was just amazing, from the food and wine to the atmosphere and outstanding service. Definitely not our last time.

9/10Osmosis is a special restaurant. Think of it as a faux -Michelin. I say that in a positive way because I think 99% of the population wouldn't know the difference, but the 1 or so percent who do might get stuck on certain things. You'll be served exclusive wines - most of which are excellent and some questionable. The portions are very small - and yet if you eat the amazing bread with various salts, they'll have to roll you out from fullness. If having many courses and multiple wines is your thing, and you don't want to pay full Michelin prices (not that this is inexpensive) then this is your place in Barcelona.

8/10De opted for the 7 courses menu with pairing wines. All dishes were very tasty and the pairing wines were surprising. If you don’t like to experiment with off the beaten track wines, don’t take the pairing. The decor of the place has seen better times, rather run down (melted lamp shades, dying plants, broken toilet flush, worn wall paint,...). All by all an interesting foodie place but needs refreshing.
