7/10The cooking that I was particular about is offered, but there is a thing lacking umami taste. In addition, the bread is too hard.

10/10A great experience in a superb gourmet restaurant, with all the characteristic of a starred Michelin spot. The ambient is modern and the food preparation represent the territory in a contemporary way. Each dish has an incredible balance where you can taste all the single ingredients. Service and sommelier are super professional and well prepared. I wish we can get back here soon

9/10Food was amazing, we took My roots 8 dishes menu, and the majority of them was great. But unfortunately dishes were coming with very long breaks. Instead of 120 minutes our experience lasted at least 3 hours and a half. By the time of desert we were too tired to appreciate it fully. Also wine pairing arrived later than some dishes and few choices of sommelier were a bit questionable. Generally very nice restaurant and worth the visit but have some room for improvement.

8.5/10Scandinavian design and finish on the venue. Acoustics at an excellent level, nice background music and buzz from small talks! Nice and clean flavours overall where the zafferano spaghettini stood out! Great wine compared to the food. Would have wished for something together with the bread selection like olive oil or butter. Friendly staff, where it didn’t make the 5 star due to one misdelivered dish. Definitely worth a trip and would go again!

10/10Excellent Restaurant in a Contemporary setting with a creative modern cuisine at very reasonable prices! My easter menu was very delightful with local wines! A must When staying in the beautiful Paestum area

10/10TIp for well educated tourists, and looking for cooking experiences far from but not excluding the tipical italian dishes: the chef convert the traditional cheese and pasta into totally new tastes, colours and flavours. Well, you might think that this is a kind of ad, but the truth is that the experience with my girlfriend was perfect (we travel around europe because our job, so we are used to eat in good restaurants, so not really easy to get impressed), very very nice food and attention, closed to Paestum Greek ruins, as a cherry on top of the cake. A very refined restaurant, in a very relaxed but formal ambient.
