6/10the food was decent however before we could even finish our starter, the waiter took the plates off our table, to leave us with our next course. very unexpected, and could have asked us if we had finished first, as there was still food on a plate

10/10Just liked it. Lovely interior. Welcoming and not bothering but attentive stuff. Deliciously cooked authentic Italian and especially Roman dishes. Best Tiramisu we ever tried in our life! Will come back again on another visit to Rome.

The carcioffo ala giuda was a delight in its crunch with a very soft middle. The pasta was al dente to perfection with the carbonara sauce as rich and flavorful. The tiramisu would do my nonna proud. Washed down with a Prosecco just can’t beat a meal at Osteria Circo. The staff made the meal all that more enjoyable with their friendly and attendant demeanor. All that and your wallet will not cry either!

The service was good but I was sat next to the door and this was quite cold The fettuccine was very good and the Prosecco was good too

10/10This was the perfect spot after a morning tour of the Forum, Palentine, and Colosseum. Loads of ambiance! Food was delicious. Artichoke a must, wonderful pasta and meat dishes. Service was attentive but gave ample time to relax. Highly recommend!!

10/10Last-minute booking at Osteria Circo via The Fork app. An amazing place in all respects. It was packed and yet service was fast, professional, and courteous. The osteria is built into ancient ruins so ambience is impressive even by Rome standards. Excellent food and wine. A place to go back to over and over again.

2/10Service was non-existent. We waited for 10min, seated at a table, without anyone taking any drinks orders, and not even giving us menus. And no one making eye contact as they walked past us, to even call someone for service.

Lovely restaurant just a short walk from our hotel. I booked before we left the uk as the reviews were all good and we weren’t disappointed the food was delicious and service was very good, it became very busy after 8:30pm so best to book in advance, lots of locals eating there which is a good sign!

10/10Osteria Circo is located right across the Circo Massimo. It's interior is beautifully rustic. The menu options are great, and the food quality to price ratio is very good. Overall, we had a wonderful experience.

10/10We first noticed the restaurant on our walk around to the Colliseum - thinking it looked really nice. We made a reservation, not expecting much since it is so close to all the tourist attractions. We were stunned at how good the food and service and wine was (I let them pick the wine). We shared a few plates and desert, everything was perfect. We would have stayed longer, but had to catch a flight home. By 9pm the line of people waiting for a table was very long....we are obviously not the only ones who enjoy this gem.

10/10This restaurant was right around the corner from our hotel. We were drawn to the menu item "grandma's meatballs." They didn't disappoint. The service was excellent and the food was even better! The menu is small but everything tasted homemade. They take care to make the meal special.

We’ve been to this place four times so far. The food is always exquisite. The starters in particular… service is friendly; however, this restaurant doesn’t pander to tourists. Enjoy truly Roman food in a lovely setting. Can’t wait to return soon again.

It's a restaurant where you fall in love with kindness first, and you fall in love with delicious food second. We weren't that hungry, so we ate white raagu pasta, rip eye steak, and circo special salad for two, but the amount was considerable. The taste also experienced a moderate liver and a very excellent savory taste. I was also impressed by the fact that they considered the situation of tourists well from ordering menus to calculating procedures. Thank you.

8.5/10Probably the best meal I ate in Rome. The starter with burrata and anchovies was to die for - I will be dreaming about it for years to come! The service was a little slow but the staff were very patient and did not rush me out as I've often experienced when eating alone
