On our last evening in Florence, we wanted to have the bistecca alla fiorentina so we researched where to go. We chose this restaurant based on reviews and proximity to our apartment. We are so happy we did! The food and service were excellent. “Obama” our server explained the three bistecca meat options and made an excellent wine recommendation. We chose the Italian bistecca, a gorgeous Caesar salad, and a robust red wine. We ended the meal by sharing a slice of cheesecake with berries and coffee, and of course the complimentary limoncello. The restaurant is charming and sits on a corner with openings on two sides so it’s very airy and comfortable. We had an early reservation at 6:30 and by 7 pm the entire restaurant inside and outside was completely full. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening here.

Casual elegant atmosphere, attentive staff, and amazing food. Little outdoor seating, Intimate, open air indoor downstairs and bigger upstairs level. Our favorite was the Paccheri al ragù grosso di Chianina, but also got the Filleto Al Tartufo with a side of spinach and the Carpaccio di Chianina con formaggio pecorino e tartufo for an app which we all really delicious!

Nice place, great food, quick service. Only point of improvement: 3 Euro cover charge per person and no free tap water adds to the bill unnecessarily compared to most other restaurants.

I booked with TheFork and wanted to pay with ForkPay. Unfortunately the ForkPay was not active, when we finished. Even tough I asked to check what the problem was, they insistes to use a different payment method. Finally I had to accept it.

They charged two parents two kids with 10€ for 4 slices of bread that we didn’t order. Actually this amount it was more or less the discount that we received from the app…. Ridiculous… Carbonara not good. Not recommended at all.

Michelin-level attention to detail and service by all staff. Highly impressed! Comfortable atmosphere with relaxed vibe but also incredibly elegant with a beautiful ambience. Our entire family (including our teen sons) just loved the place. Food was impeccable. In my top two in Florence!

We had the best a great waiter serving us, he provided great recommendations and very warm/friendly service to our group of 8. Even though the steak was not as good as I expected, we still had a great experience from overall delicious dishes, good atmosphere, and great service.
