This is our second visit years after our first visit. The wine list and wine service is as good as I remembered. The dishes are memorable, rustic and full of character...not perfect but full of integrity and thus commendable. The service was warm and professional. It felt good to be under their care. To me, this is a restaurant with a point of view and I applaud them for this.

We stayed in Rome for 4 weeks and ate here twice. Nicoletta, the co-owner and sommelier, is delightful. We especially appreciated her wine parings. The preparation of food is refined. The dining room is tastefully decorated, intimate, and has a fabulous arched brick cieling. They are inspired by cuisine throughout Itally vs. focusing on simply Rome. The menu when we were there had takes on "matriciana" and "cacio & pepe". We also enjoyed a delicious roman salad with baby lettuce, fava beans, spring peas, and crisp green beans.

We loved the light lasagna, the grilled octopus was perfect, and the semifreddo of torroncini with chocolate and grappa was our all time favorite. Only the raviolini with broccoli and anchovies was not to our taste as we felt the anchovy taste overwhelmed the vegetable.

The restaurant is in a vibrant up and coming area and was quite close to our hotel. When we arrived they were quiet but they filled up quickly, it is a very cosy friendly atmosphere. The menu is not extensive but good. We are non meat eaters and had no problem with selection. The wine menu is large, we were assisted in our choice but did not feel pressured into choices, just right. Service was good, food excellent, not cheap but worth it. Would definitely return.

The 2 waitresses were a delight. Very fast, helpful and seamlessly flowing from English to Italian. The lovely starters and bites for dessert on the House were unexpected and delicious. Food was good and interesting. Menu small but unique and daily specials add to it. I will go back to try additional dishes!

I eat at this restaurant whenever I am in Rome and have taken visitors here as well. It is a cozy, comfortable place and the chef always has something interesting to tempt her guests. I highly recommend it!

Great find, off the tourist trail. Good authentic Italian, very tasty. Not much English spoken but no matter, staff very friendly and accommodating. Reasonably priced food, great wine selection.

This is a lovely place to enjoy dinner, and I have dined here three times. The dishes are a mix of traditional Italian and those with a bit of something new. I love the choices! The decor is charming, and the wait staff extremely pleasant, accommodating, and helpful in explaining the choices. Highly recommended!

We tried Osteria dell'arco a few years ago and then again on Saturday and liked it even more this time. Each menu item is creative, combining traditional dishes and ingredients in a new - and delicious - way. The wait staff were friendly and helpful, and the pace of service was comfortable. The small cozy space is quiet and intimate. I look forward to my next visit!

Very short menu, but many appealing choices. Food was well-prepared and somewhat unique. Nice side dishes, which is a bit unusual with Italian secondi. Excellent wine recommendations.
