Pasta dishes were nice but not over the top. The tiramisu was below average. Service was attentive and cheerful and the ambience was unpretentious, crowd-free and pleasant. Reasonable prices with no “hidden fees”.

It’s a small restaurant with a few tables inside but also outside. It has a nice ambience and very friendly staff. The food was very good. I liked especially the starter Melanzane very much, it was extremely delicious. They have also good red wine, coffee and tiramisu. We paid for 2 person around 73.- Euros.

Lovely couple running the place, we were squeezed in with a few other occupied tables but the food and service was top notch. Authentic and delicious, like Nonna would make.

We turned up a little early but the staff made us feel very welcome. The food was fabulous: my wife said that her lasagna was the best that she had ever tasted. After the wonderful aubergine parmigiana, to start, I had the seafood spaghetti. It was delicious. We fully recommend this small Osteria to anyone who appreciates a cozy and warm atmosphere to dine in. We shall visit it again before our holiday is over

What a lovely restaurant! This is our first evening in Florence and it will be hard to top this meal. We had an outside table so we could enjoy the Florentine ambience. We just decided to have a main - the ossobuco with sides of grilled vegetables and roast potatoes - which was just as well as the portions were very generous. It was delicious. The drinks choice is very good and we were very pleased to see that half bottles of wine were on offer as I only like white and my husband only likes red! Both bottles were excellent. To help us digest our lovely meal, we were offered complimentary digestifs - Amaro - which was new to me but also delicious. Overall, a great experience.

Everything was great! especially the fiorentina steak was delicious. And services and wine list was awesome!

I ordered the bistecca di chianina and a glass of Chianti, finishing with a caffè macchiato. Everything was delicious and prepared in good timing. The wait staff were very kind. The osteria is on a quiet street and the outdoor ambience was delightful. Highly recommended.
