The Chianina was truly exquisite. However, I found it a bit concerning that it was suggested for two people as a great deal, rather than encouraging everyone to order their own. Ultimately, it resulted in a cost that was about 50% higher than anticipated.

our waiter was very helpful in explaining the menu and very knowledgeable about the wine. The whole meal was very tasty (we both had scallopine for mains) but the stand out dish was the artichoke souffle on a creamy cheese sauce. incredibly delicious. would very happily eat here again, lots more to choose from on the menu.

Authentic food, helpful and knowledgable waitstaff and a nice quiet back room to eat in, in a very busy, touristy section of Florence. Steak and truffles, rabbit, eggplant pasta - everything we ordered was great.

Excellent Osteria, great service , so friendly and knowledgeable . Amazing wines, food outstanding. Beef tartare, with burrata and truffle . Caio Pepe, veal with Tomato and caper, fusilli with shrimps pancetta and a pistachios pesto. Perfectly prepared !! Will go back before we leave Florence 🍷💓

Place is intimate. Ordered the Argentine beef, grilled chicken and vegetables, and spaghetti. The food was ok. The waiter was super patient with us as we took awhile to order — thank you so much. We were waiting for our complimentary after dinner drinks, but never received them - not sure what happened. And paying the bill, one has to stand up and go to a counter.

As for the free drinks I don't know what you are referring to because we are here to sell (not give away) and honestly we have normal prices in the city. We ordered Bistecca alla Fiorentina and it was delicious. Definitely a portion for 2-3 people so come hungry. We’d recommend ordering a side of vegetables as it was a nice compliment. Restaurant vibe was cozy and charming. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The food was delicious, the service attentive, and the vibes immaculate. The carbonara was better than any I had in Rome, and the steak was cooked to perfection. We thoroughly enjoyed it all. Get the panna cotta for dessert, it was divine!!

Steak is only prepared at medium rare or rare. I just prefer a medium steak and they would not do it, so went with the salmon. The salmon was really flavorless. My husband got the filet with mushroom and again not much flavor (his steak was medium rare), and you could cut it with a fork but again not flavorful.

Fabulous food. Risotto was delicious as was spaghetti seafood. Staff were friendly with a good sense of humour. Stormy night so we sat and waited it out and there was no urgency to leave.

Lovely service and staff; excellent food! We dined here last night and really enjoyed the experience. The restaurant has a great location and wonderful ambience inside. The staff was kind enough to endure my attempts at speaking Italian but were easily able to assist in English. I had a delicious pici pasta alla carbonara and my wife had a tagliatelle with a truffle sauce, both were very very tasty. I’d certainly return here sometime.

Very welcoming, good service and nice ambiance.. We ordered the Florentine t-bone steak with sides. it was recommended to eat it rare as it is the custom and best quality, though having tried it, I don't think it is for everyone. Fantastic food overall and great service!
