Really friendly staff helped us order when we were unsure what steak dish to go for . They were spot on as we were 100% satisfied with what we received. The Florentine steak speciality was what I had dreamed about … delicious 😋 Lovely panna cotta, tiramasu and really enjoyed the ambience too.

This is a great place to eat. We ate in Rome, Florence, Sienna and Montalcino and this restaurant was #2 only to a cooking class also done in Montalcino. Great food, great service and awesome staff. Much love to this family.

What a great restaurant! The food selection, preparation, quality and taste is wonderful. The service provided by staff who are enthusiastic, knowledgeable and apparently happy in their roles leads to an excellent ambience that adds to the enjoyment of the meal. Great Tuscan food, with a proper wow factor.

Every table was Americans. With reservations you were led to the back room… some walk ins were in the front room… the food was average at best… we have been in Italy approximately 10 days and the pasta and meat were ok, the prosciutto and melon was excellent, it was not nearly as good as other places. The wait staff was good and spoke English but if you want real Italian don’t go here!! Very tourist oriented.

We spent our last night in Florence here and it was a dream. The service was great, every waiter was friendly and helpful. Lots to choose from on the menu. I had an amazing wild boar ragu! But the highlight was the tiramisu

Very nice small restaurant with friendly staff. Food is good quality and we really liked the steak , the octopus and the pici truffle pasta but salad wasn’t up to standard. Overall good typical Florence restaurant

nice but really touristic restaurant. everything was ok for out dinner, maybe sometimes in the beginning the waiter's over attentions ,let us felt embarrassed but nothing bad to report

Grazie per la sua recensione Giacomo (le rispondo in italiano visto che lei è italiano) noi siamo una classica osteria fiorentina e come tale cerchiamo di ragionare e comportarsi con i nostri clienti italiani e stranieri, non so cosa le fa pensare che siamo una osteria per stranieri.. non ci era mai capitato di sentircelo dire prima. Lovely warm welcome and the staff were excellent. They made recommendations and they were spot on. Food was delicious - we all had steaks and they were all so tender. Would definitely recommend a visit here.

Absolutely delicious food and attentive service. In particular the fillet with truffle and the ravioli with truffle were excellent. The back room with the vaulted brick ceiling is very charming.

The Chianina was truly exquisite. However, I found it a bit concerning that it was suggested for two people as a great deal, rather than encouraging everyone to order their own. Ultimately, it resulted in a cost that was about 50% higher than anticipated.
