6/10Steak is only prepared at medium rare or rare. I just prefer a medium steak and they would not do it, so went with the salmon. The salmon was really flavorless. My husband got the filet with mushroom and again not much flavor (his steak was medium rare), and you could cut it with a fork but again not flavorful.

10/10The staff were very attentive, the ambience in the restaurant was relaxing & the food is the best I've had in Florence......& yes, I went for the fillet d'oro - a fillet steak wrapped in 24k gold leaf!

10/10Fabulous food. Risotto was delicious as was spaghetti seafood. Staff were friendly with a good sense of humour. Stormy night so we sat and waited it out and there was no urgency to leave.

10/10Lovely service and staff; excellent food! We dined here last night and really enjoyed the experience. The restaurant has a great location and wonderful ambience inside. The staff was kind enough to endure my attempts at speaking Italian but were easily able to assist in English. I had a delicious pici pasta alla carbonara and my wife had a tagliatelle with a truffle sauce, both were very very tasty. I’d certainly return here sometime.

9/10starters were good. we took beef and that was excellent. well cooked. We had tiramisu for a dessert and that was little disappointing. back room was too noisy

9/10Very welcoming, good service and nice ambiance.. We ordered the Florentine t-bone steak with sides. it was recommended to eat it rare as it is the custom and best quality, though having tried it, I don't think it is for everyone. Fantastic food overall and great service!

10/10The aesthetic background in the back of the restaurant made it very memorable for photos. The waiter we had was very sweet and helpful. He made great recommendations and looked out for us ensuring we got a seat by the AC during the heatwave in Florence. We had the boar pappardelle and the truffle ravioli which our waiter recommended which was the right amount of sauce and truffle. It was also very affordable and delicious!

7.5/10The food was really amazing but the host was so extremely rude, my American friend asked for butter and I wanted some mayonnaise with my fries but the answer was: “we are not at McDonald” which I found disturbing.

10/10Fantastic meal! Service was great. We went a bit earlier than normal Italian dinner time and one of the waiters explained the menu and his recommendations. Would go back without a doubt.

9.5/10This is my second time in this restaurant and so far it has been a good experience. Small issues with the waiters’ service but it really depends on which one is serving the table (we had two). I would highly recommend this restaurant

9.5/10Great meal, service and ambience at a reasonable price. Very much enjoyed the steak Florentine and the experience. Would have like to have the steak carved at our table but enjoyed the platter presentation all the same. Pastas and appetizers were also great. Highly recommend.

10/10We found this little gem of a restaurant on line and were not disappointed. It was a cosy candlelit place very close to the river and other major sights of Florence. The food was delicious, piping hot and very prompt. The service was friendly and attentive but not too intrusive. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great meal experience.
