2.5/10Unless you can get the ONE outdoor balcony table overlooking the square, you’re in a stuffy, “fancy” dining room with elevator music (or silence), bright lights and white table cloths. The tasting menu is basic and nothing particularly interesting. Unless you’re staying in this village there’s no reason to come to this restaurant. I’m disappointed that this came Michelin recommended and we wasted a night of our trip with this very mediocre experience! Also, while we fully communicated my husband’s allergies and were assured all would be fine, he still got very sick. I don’t like posting reviews like this but we were really disappointed in the whole experience.

10/10Every part of the meal, as well as thw wine pairing, were amazing. The food represent Italy and Apulia in a greay way. The service was exceptional.

10/10In ten days in Puglia (including dining at two other Michelin-starred restaurants) this is honestly the only memorable meal I have had here. Creative and delicious food, warm and genuine hospitality, unique and ambient surroundings. I was very glad I chose it for my birthday meal and I would choose it again on any occasion - 100% recommended.

10/10What a gem in the small and otherwise dusty town of Carovigno - the meal was extraordinary, clearly rooted in the region but with technique to rival any global city restaurant scene. The family staff were charming, and it felt welcoming like few Michelin star experiences. Highly, highly recommended for a special spot in Apulia.

10/10This restaurant was perfect, the waiters were so nice and professional and the ambient was perfect. The four of us were having 6 course dinner and every course was better than previous one. Highly recommend!

10/10Best meal in Italy, if not ever! We had a fantastic experience,, when we arrived we were surprised to be given the balcony table, which was fabulous and helped make the evening a really special experience. The owner and his family were so welcoming and we sampled some beautifully presented and delicious dishes. I can see why the restaurant received a Michelin star. Thank you for the wonderful food and hospitality. We will be returning next time.

10/10This cosy Michelin-starred restaurant is located in the square of a charming village in Puglia. There is nothing to complain about in terms of the food, the attentive service or the setting. On the other hand, the bill, even if the quality is good, is too high for Puglia.

10/10This was the third time we have been. It remains one of our favourite restaurants. We were fortunate this time to be seated on the balcony which is among the best venues anywhere. The food is outstanding - clever, perfectly executed and delicious. Staff were highly knowledgeable, fully attentive and welcoming. It really is one of the great venues and so good to see it, rightly, on a Monday evening packed.
