They showed us the meat and weighed it precisely in front of us. The quality felt trustworthy, and their manners were extremely polite. As we were just one adult and one child, we could only order the meat, but they were very kind throughout. We visited on the recommendation of a local we met on the train to Florence, and it was an excellent experience. It’s worth going out of your way to find this place.
