On our arrival we advised that we had booked through The Fork, which was accepted. When paying, I again pointed out that the reservation had been made via The Fork, and we should therefore have a discount. We got a 10% discount against the 20% that was mentioned on The Fork's website. I made no objections, but find it unprofessional that the restaurant is not aware of the discount agreed with The Fork.

I'm sorry to have to contradict you but the discount has been applied correctly also because it is automatic and there is no -10% button. Furthermore, before calling us unprofessional you should have read carefully The Fork guidelines so you would have discovered that the 20% discount applies only to food (excluding drinks). Perhaps you thought of 10% because you calculated the discount on the total amount. However, it was enough to ask for explanations on the spot rather than through a review, we were willing to provide them. Not discounted, free. Greetings
