This is owned by the same group that also owns Dall’ Oste and Grande Nuti, etc. The first time we went to Oste it was amazing. The service was outstanding. When we returned the service was so bad we had to request another waiter. We went to Petit Nuti in hopes of good pasta and a better outcome but were out of luck. Our reservation “didn’t exist in the system” though I had confirmed via email, phone and text that day. The service was horrible and I’ve made better pasta at home. This group is a tourist trap with waiters who could care less.

Ate here on a whim and saw they still had reservations. Food was OK although limited options unless you like steak which is their speciality. Ambiance could be improved for single diners, I seemed like a nuisance to the staff who were more interested in the bigger tables.

We picked this spot after walking by and the ambience looked great. However they sat us upstairs where there was no ambience unless you’d consider a loud woman regaling her very young grand children about castrating cows. The room was extremely hot and we were quite uncomfortable by the time we left. The server was great, but the food was not. All in all not a great way to end our stay in Italy.

Not enough choice on the menu 5 pasta dishes is not enough, my meat was tough in my ragu , no English version was offered and no one checked how our food was while we were eating . We shared starter but no extra plates were provided , didn’t have all the wines on the wine list etc etc

Ordered a medium steak and it came out rare. When I mentioned it they said oh thats medium rare which it definitely wasn't. They took it away and cooked it more then dumped it back on our table with no apology. No new steak. Just the left over bits of the cow still mooing from before. The grilled vegetables were lucky to be called vegetables. Bit of zucchini and bit of eggplant. Extremely plain. Ordered the more expensive carbonara with truffle. Dont do it, you will be disappointed. Person next to us ordered the simple carbonara and it was bigger and looked ten times better. We had a waitress wait on us at first but then never seen her again. Got very ordinary service from then on from various different staff. Asked for bill twice but ended up walking up the front and paying. Dont believe the rating
