Once they realized that we did not eat much, their attitude became somewhat cold. However, the service itself was appropriate. The food was delicious, so I would recommend it.

Was a great experience overall, we liked the design of the osteria. the tagliere was great choice of cold cuts and good for 2 people. the pasta tasted good. Perhaps the steak needed some more salt but it was okay

Very nice food and good atmosphere. The service was quite rushed — plates being cleared while some of us were still eating. Overall would recommend.

In fact, we're renowned for giving our guests time to fully experience authentic Tuscan food, cooked with love and passion. They had walls filled with polaroid photos of guests from all over. We asked if we could also do that, and they took one for us to key and one to put up on the wall. Such a cute, unique idea and a memory I'll always remember.

Wow! From start to finish, the experience was amazing. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made it a fun evening for my wife and me on our first night in Florence. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and complemented by great drink recommendations. We couldn’t have been more pleased!

Outstanding meal! We found the reviews on Trip Advisor and weren't disappointed. Everything from the food, service and ambience were excellent. We had a slight wait for our table (only a few minutes) but was given a complimentary glass of wine while we waited. And I got a nice little touch as it was my Birthday. Book in advance as it was very busy. Try the Fiorentina Steak!

Not enjoyable. We were excited as they are ranked #2 on TripAdvisor for all restaurants in Florence. It is cheap and tacky, there are much better dinner options in this area.

My wife and visited Osteria Lucignolo this evening and we had a great time. Our server Francesco was brilliant , friendly and extremely efficient. He helped with our food order and suggested a brilliant wine to accompany the food which was excellent. Good sized portions , well cooked food of high quality and good wine made for a perfect evening. We were given the option of being seated inside the beautifully presented restaurant or out on the covered roadside terrace. We opted for the terrace as the weather was so good and had a wonderful evening and if the weather hadn’t been kind the Osteria provided blankets if needed. Thankfully they weren’t The restaurant had a good vibe with a mix of tourists and local clientele. Great food , excellent service , nice surroundings and very sociable clientele , What’s not to like ?? We hope to get back another evening before we leave.

The best restaurant that we visited in Florence. Everything was amazing, staff, food, wine and some free drinks whilst we waited for our table. It was so good, we visited twice.

Truly one of the best dining experiences we have had in Italy. The restaurant staff were incredibly welcoming, offering us a free glass of white wine at the beginning of the meal, plenty of breads and limoncello shots, when we were paying, all on the house. The food was amazing, all ingredients fresh and cooked perfectly. We cannot recommend this restaurant enough, well done to the staff and owners.

A love experience from the moment we arrived until we left with the fantastic service from Francesco, a local who was so helpful throughout. Great food from the our starters, second mains and dessert. certainly would recommend if you can get a table as it was a place in huge demand.

I paid €35 for a bottle of red wine and was very average, i could have bought a better tasting wine in a supermarket, I ordered some Lasagna and it was very dry and it was all pasta and little or no sauce and the salad was limp , like it had been lying around all day, I won’t be back
