8/10Nice small restaurant. We had the Truffel lunch menu. The ravioli pasta was tasty and the tartar was nice to try. Ice cream with truffles was also a nice finish. Staff were very accommodating and helpful.

10/10We were originally supposed to be a party of 4 but it turned into 8. This restaurant was most accommodating to our change. The service was excellent as was all the food. Great wine selection too! I highly recommend Osteria Moderna!

10/10Everything was fantastic, very happy to have enjoyed dinner here. Service was impeccable and accommodating. kind and knowledgeable staff, delicious food, & beautiful ambiance. It was great to have something other than traditional Piedmont fare after enjoying the classics for a week prior. Definitely check it out if you want a different perspective on the dishes traditionally served in the region.

9.5/10Excellent dinner, two amuse-bouche plates on the house- breaded tuna with wasabi mayo, then a anchovy on cracker. First course sashimi followed by lamb popsicles on spinach. Desert was an Asian inspired bao filled with gelato and salted Carmel. Excellent local Barbaro de Alba followed by local grappa. My friend had a similarly excellent meal. For about 140 euros this was excellent value. Highly recommended!

10/10The food was fantastic! It was like asia meets italy. Good combinations with the flavors. The service was very friendly, competent and attentive. Reservation in advance is recommended, only capacity for 20 people. Cosy and stylish restaurant

10/10You can tell that this fine, small and charming restaurant is run with passion. You will receive a warm welcome and be accompanied sympathetically and competently through the evening. The food is wonderful, refreshingly innovative and honest. I hope we have the opportunity to visit it again, otherwise you readers will do it for us????.

10/10The service is great and friendly! The nice lady who served us spoke fluent english. The food was delicious, not a typical italian restaurant with some oriental influence. I’d add a pasta for on gluten people, Great food, great place!!!!
