10/10A true culinary journey through the tastes and flavours of Piceno territory in a cultivated but friendly atmosphere. The two waitresses tells you the story of each course and here you go along the hills and valleys on this beautiful and maybe less known Italian region, with its olives orchards and vineyards slowly descending in beautiful rows and each top of the hill hosting a small medieval city (borgo). The restaurant is a few steps away from the calm and picturesque main square of Offida and narrow streets where old ladies are still working manually the merletto in front of their small shops ! Magical !

9.5/10Tasting menu catering for 5, both staff were able to convey all the details of the food in English, and the food itself was what you would expect of a Michelin recommended restaurant. A special birthday meal became the highlight of the holiday. Highly recommend.

10/10As always, our meal at Ophis was fabulous. One member of our party stated that her pasta was the best she had ever had. We will be back to try their new menu.

10/10Fabulous, innovative dishes, re-inventing traditions with a touch of fun. Lovely setting; knowledgeable, attentive, friendly staff & a warm welcome by the chef himself. Highly recommended.

10/10As I posted on FB, I have never cried at a meal before and, while I cried over a Gorgonzola at the end of the meal it was the entire meal that led up to that emotion. Fabulous, just fabulous.
