The food is fantastic, of course, but what really stood out for us was the personable service at Pandemonio. It was warm and friendly, making us feel like we were dining at someone’s home. The dishes were all excellent, but the simple pasta dishes were the best—they truly allowed the ingredients to shine. Reservations were easy to make online, which is a huge plus.

Our waitress——Claudia. She was very knowledgeable in what wines we should look at with our meal. She knew all the ingredients in our choices. She was very jovial and if we needed anything that’s not on menu, she would prepare it. Ex.,un Affogato espresso! Done. Grazie Claudia.

Small restaurant, very kind and nice service, eager to recommend dishes, traditional exquisite food! Would love to go again next time in Genoa. Food was very tasty!
