10/10+1I rarely write reviews despite the fact that we travel and eat out extensively. However, I have to share that this was one of the best meals we have had in Italy. This is a must try restaurant in Florence (a city of so many good places to eat). Be sure to try the Sformatino. It was so good we will probably go back again today!

9.5/10Really lovely experience. We had a pre-theatre dinner and although it was quiet (midweek and February!) we had a warm and attentive service from the manager who clearly cared deeply about the experience of his guests. Wine measures were very generous and the food was great quality - we had ravioli with ricotta and spinach in a pomodoro sauce and the Calcio et Pepe pasta (interestingly was the recommendation despite it being the least expensive pasta dish on the menu - how refreshing!) was beautifully cooked and served. Would certainly recommend and return to this place.

10/10The staff was so nice and full of attention, not insistent or pushing, nor too passive or negligent! The food was excellent, both the osso buco and the tagliatelles, amazing experience there, and it’s my third time in Firenze, but would definitely come back and recommend!

9.5/10We ate here on our first night in Florence. The steak was excellent and we had a lovely bottle of Montepulciano. The waiter worked very hard to look after everyone and we have a very pleasurable evening made even better by the Fork discount

8/10They serve a bread for welcoming on the table, but unfortunately it’s inside a bag and hope it was in the basket for more good presentation. Also the bread without even a taste!

10/10We had the bisticca fiorontina simply delicious, our friend had the osso buco ( a very hard person to please) she loved the food. Honestly best meal we have had during our trip. The staff were attentive and pleasant.....well done 10/10 . Grazie millie

10/10The restaurant owner, Momo is so kind and made our dinner out very memorable! All the dishes we ordered were very tasty including truffle pasta and filet (+ wine sauce). Would highly recommend Osteria San Simone! ☺️

10/10My friends and I were surprised with the quality of service and food offered at Osteria San Simone. The food is also awesome. I had an amazing ossobuco (one of the best I had in my life). The owner, Momo, is also very friendly making the place even cozier.
