Really nice food, good service too. The only thing is that the place was empty. So not atmosphere but again food and service were excellent.

The quality of the food is remarkable, every time we come…. Today I had a splendid vongolata spaghetti. Great sauce of yellow tomatoes, with moderate spice, vongole and spaghetti, wow! The “explosion of tartufo pasta” of my husband was also fantastic! Katia and Luigi make you experience Italian cooking to the max, including their kindness and wonderful service of the crew🙏🏼

Wow what a disappointment compared to two years ago when this was the highlight of our trip. Not this time. Showed up for our 8:30 reservation and the owner met us at door and said they were closed. We honestly thought he was kidding, and even showed him the reservation and he said it was a mistake? Finally he let us sit but said we had to order quickly. Ordered meal except dessert and food was very good. The owner literally stood feet away and glared at us and another table the entire time, obviously angry. Then they proceeded to start closing the restaurant around us (stacking chairs, locking door, etc). Then my wife asked for Parmesan and was told no by the server as it’s not appropriate for seafood. Keeping in mind I had a non seafood dish and hers was in shell lobster over large portion of spaghetti. Never saw the server again for a second glass of wine and only when I was obviously upset and went up front to pay bill did he come over and offer dessert. Left full review on Google

Food was way over priced and not any better than what you would get elsewhere and servings were small. We left hungry. 18.50€ for 3 pieces of bruschetta? Come on it’s just bread and tomatoes. Definitely for tourists as I don’t think locals would pay these prices. So my recommendation is eat somewhere else.

Great place to stop for lunch. Had a seafood pasta (pescatora sbagliata) that was amazing. Servers were friendly and helpful. Very reasonably priced.

I really love this place, the staff is awesome, it’s easy to make a reservation on The Fork app and the food is absolutely memorable. Everything, all of it. But my favorite has to be the Caccio al Pera, prepare ln pasta purses. It’s sublime, creamy, a little tart and a little sweet. Garnishes with berries. Seriously, just a fabulous dish. And the location is so easy, 2 minutes from Piazza Signoria and the Ponte Vecchio.

We were absolutely delighted with our visit to this restaurant! The lobster pasta was simply exquisite — a true masterpiece, as if it had been lovingly prepared at home. Everything was served hot and fresh, and you could taste the attention to detail in every bite. In fact, before serving, they even showed us the lobster — it was fresh, which added a special charm to our evening. The service was exceptional! The owner greeted us with incredible warmth and care, and the attention to our every request was top-notch. Our waiter, who was from Algeria (unfortunately, we didn’t catch his name), was incredibly attentive and friendly, making our visit even more enjoyable. A special highlight of the evening was the unique pistachio dish they prepared just for us. It was something truly wonderful and will be remembered as a one-of-a-kind culinary experience. 2nd visit this trip because it was that good! Also the people make the experience in everything we do. The staff remembered us from first visit and welcomed us like friends/family. Will come back next time here.

First day in town after long haul red eye and wanted to grab a bite before our actual reservations we could go back and sleep. They were very accommodating. I had fresh pasta with a truffle cream sauce and it was amazing. Hubby had pork that looked good. He is not an adventurous eater and I was glad they had some options for him too. It was a dash and go type of dinner and we did not linger. Would recommend.
