Delicious food, excellent friendly service, great ambiance. For us, it was the best restaurant we enjoyed in Florence. Highly recommend.

Food was excellent. Wait staff is friendly and engaging and attentive. The view cannot be beat and is awe-inspiring. It is literally steps from the Pantheon. The only way it could be closer was if it were inside the Pantheon. Highly recommended

Despite having made a reservation through The Fork well in advance (over two weeks), our table was not prepared at all upon arrival. I had to wait for more than 10 minutes without any acknowledgment or apology from the staff. When we were finally seated, the space between tables was extremely tight and quite uncomfortable. It seemed like a table for four had been hastily arranged, as even basic items such as salt, pepper, and olive oil were missing. The food itself was decent. However, due to the chaotic atmosphere, cramped seating, and most importantly the lack of respect for the reservation, I would not consider returning.

Great visit and amazing food. Was a mix up with my order but the food was still good (although charged for the item ordered which was more expensive). I could have challenged the bill, but given The Fork discount, didn’t think it was needed. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially if you can book and receive a discount like I did.
