An Unforgettable Seafood Feast at Ostriche e Vino! My recent visit to Ostriche e Vino was nothing short of spectacular, a true paradise for any seafood aficionado in Milan. From the moment we sat down, we knew we were in for a treat. We embarked on an incredible tasting journey, starting with a platter of eight different types of oysters. Each variety was impeccably fresh, offering a unique and sublime taste of the sea. It was a genuine masterclass in flavor, from briny and bold to sweet and delicate. The raw selection continued to dazzle. The red and grey shrimps were succulent and sweet, a testament to their freshness, and the cannolicchi (razor clams) were simply fantastic – a true delicacy. Just when we thought it couldn't get any better, the cooked dishes arrived. If you’ve ever wanted to know what it feels like to eat gourmet seafood in the middle of a F1 pitstop then this is the place. The oysters were so fresh that we thought they were still filling out customs paperwork. The scallops? So tender, we briefly considered adopting them. And don’t even get us started on the wine list—it reads like a love letter to coastal Italy, each bottle more seductive than the last. But the real plot twist? The service. We placed our order, blinked once, and our food was on the table. We’re not saying they have a kitchen wizard back there, but we wouldn’t be surprised if someone waved a magic wand over a mussel pot. The staff are not only fast—they're also charming, knowledgeable, and somehow always appear at the exact moment you need them, like seafood sommeliers with a sixth sense. They anticipated our needs so well we started to suspect they were reading our minds (or maybe they just saw the hunger in our eyes). So in love with that place!
