Food was good… the service was appalling. No welcome, no smile. Made to uncomfortable. It wasn’t busy either. What you see on social media as far as the food is concerned is spot on but what you see on social media from the waitresses is definitely not what you get. It was like they didn’t want to be there & you were a problem for being there. They clearly forgot it’s the customers keeping the place open that intern pays them a wage. We was there for a Special Birthday aswell, spoilt the beginning of the night. I won’t be going back & I won’t be recommending. I’d rather go to McDonald’s where the food is no where near as nice but at least I walk out as happy as I did walking in & not made to feel awful.

When we arrived our table wasn't ready. Once seated we placed our drinks order which was taken wrong, luckily amended before the waitress left the table. Food order taken, food arrived very fast, 2 of the burger orders were wrong, 1 was missing a burger patty, so we decided to stick with that. One of the burgers was completely wrong, once we spoke to the waitress about this, nothing happened. The rest of the table had finished eating and the wrong burger still hadn't been replaced, after checking with the staff, the correct burger hadn't even been started to be made. 10 minutes later the correct burger arrived, so we didn't get to eat all of the meals together. We did order another couple of drinks which never arrived. The restaurant seemed short staffed and the waitresses didn't seem overly bothered and were seen dancing at one point when other customers were waiting for drinks. Food was lovely, but not a professional service at all.

Great food but service not the best - no cutlery had to go to bar for drinks orders and to pay bill - burgers are good though

Lovely food . We couldn't of shared one burger. The food could of been hotter mind.but was delicious. Staff not very friendly on arrival. but first but okay after we had eaten Really need condiments on the tables. There wasn't any avaliable even when asked. Prices were decent. Overall we did enjoy.
