4/10The service was so bad, we arrived to an empty bar upstairs but went downstairs as we saw people and we had a reservation. Nobody acknowledged us, I had to go up to someone who had their back to us. Food was ok, tacos were quite bland. The staff were so unfriendly and took plates away without checking we were finished or if the food was ok. Wouldn’t recommend here.

Paco's is nothing if not consistently good. the menu never changes but the options are perfected. Service tonight was a little slower than usual, it's possible the server was newer, but it wasn't egregious and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Paco's is probably the best Mexican in Lisbon, if not Portugal. Highly recommend!

10/10The food and drinks are soooo good specially the churros and the Spicy Mango Margarita, the staff is very friendly and attentive, will definitely go back!!!

6/10The food is food, but the overall experience was very disappointing. I booked a table for 14 people to celebrate my birthday. Although we arrived 10 minutes early as requested, we were kept waiting for 25 minutes because the table wasn’t ready, and some of us had to wait outside due to limited space. Once seated, we were told several dishes were unavailable — including ceviche and fish tacos — and only then did we find out there was no fish at all that day. This was never mentioned during the booking confirmation. To make matters worse, at 9:30 pm the bill was placed on our table without any conversation, offer of dessert, or explanation. I had to speak to the manager myself. The staff serving us were lovely, but unfortunately I would not recommend this place!!

The service was good, and the ambience was pleasant as well. The margaritas were enjoyable, especially the red fruit ones, which stood out the most. As for the food, it was fairly average Mexican cuisine—nothing bad, but nothing particularly amazing or memorable either. For dessert, we ordered the Pastel de Tres Leches, which unfortunately was a big disappointment. The cake was extremely soggy, topped with an overly thick layer of chantilly and just a single raspberry. I had higher expectations, but overall it fell short and left me disappointed.

8/10All good! The waiter was very nice but service was a bit slow - but I think that was because they were overwhelmed and alone on the floor. Margaritas and tacos were very good (and different!)
