2/10Pretty bad valentines dinner. Overpriced, we got the table 30 minutes late, loud music and total chaos in the service. I am not going back.

6/10For me personally it was an utter disappointment. I knew I was paying premium for the interior but I still somehow expected that the good and service would be on the level for the price. Yet, I left hungry because the waiter didn't remember to check with me how I liked my meat and brought me lamb that still had blood in it. My partner was luckier since his food (gnocchi) was delicious but I was completely unimpressed with how it was served (they even didn't try to make it look good on the plate). The only good thing was the desert.

10/10Beautiful space! The food was really tasty and the service polite and attentive. We enjoyed the Executive lunch menu. We also tried the bread - served with delicious butter (both truffle & herbs) and olives, umami seasoned! Worth the visit.

+1Excellent interior design. Feel like dining in a palace. Appreciate every detail on the wall. We ordered the executive lunch. Food was above average (a little bit too salty to my taste, especially the steak sauce).

+3It goes without saying that the ambiance is out of this world, they have done a modernized version of restoration, but it is tasteful and respectful (except maybe the big golden lion haha). But food wise, it was a huge surprise. I have tried the peixinhos da porta, which was lovely (but since it was my first time trying it cannot make a wise verdict), the duck leg confit however… out of this world, they have kept the flavor profile ‘simple’ and let the texture and quality of the ingredients do the talking. The meat was so tender, fell right off the bone, combined with the earthy mushrooms and perfectly cooked risotto. It’s a dish that will be hard to forget. The staff starting from the entrance up until the servers were so kind and attentive, very friendly. The whole lunch was a lovely experience, I am sad it is over.

6.5/10No gluten free bread , several wine choices not on the menu , several food choices not available, table was on an annoying bouncy floor that moved excessively every time someone walked past (seriously that needs fixed) - waited a long time for service - the tiger prawn risotto was terrific , as was the tuna loin. Could have been an amazing experience but wasn’t.

10/10Very central (Chiado), superb building, a little kitsch but that is the whole point. Service is very professional and the food is well-worked. This is the kind of places you don't go every day but it worth a visit if you want to spend a nice moment around a table. Expensive though.

Absolutely wonderful experience dining at this very special place. The decor is outstanding and the ambience very welcoming. All the staff were so pleasant and attentive as well as polite and the food was exceptional! I couldn’t say a single negative thing. Try this place.. you won’t be disappointed and the cost was extremely reasonable for the quality of the food and the venue. Thank you Palacio Chiado.. I can’t recommend you enough !

10/10Alaysa at the front entrance was a lovely young lady and so helpful when I had the wrong date of my reservation. Diogo was our wonderful waiter. He did a great job making sure we had everything we needed. Very professional young man.

The ambience and decor were a hip vibe with a playful twist. The appetizers were really delicious and memorable. The entres were great. The server was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. He was very personable which we appreciated. Great for a date night or to celebrate a special occasion.

4.5/10The food was average, very average. The service poor, beginner level. Management is exclusively focused on controlling costs, with customer satisfaction a distant second. Their wine offering by the glass borderline vinegar, we tried several, alerted management, who second guessed the guests. I wrote a complaint on the book of complaints that was dismissed. What a terrible waste of a magnificent venue.

9/10Ordered seafood dishes - starter and mains. Mostly good. The cod was a little salty. Their section of bread and butter was good. Their service good too (they do ask for 10% service charge which I felt was ok with). Improvements - better toilets, hand towel after finishing meal
