10/10My daughter and I had a wonderful dinner here. Every plate was executed perfectly and delicious. Server and kitchen very helpful in assisting with a gluten allergy. Had no issues. Highly recommend and look forward to returning on our next visit.

9/10Palacio Visconde in Lisbon is a majestic place a stunning historic building, beautifully refurbished with a modern touch. The contemporary bar and elegant lamps blend perfectly with the classical ceilings and ornate wall décor. I especially loved the mix-and-match tableware: old plates and serving trays from the original household combined with brand-new pieces. A delightful idea that adds personality to the experience. The service was outstanding. The young team was genuinely welcoming, always smiling, and truly willing to go above and beyond to please us. The food was very good, with generous portions, well-prepared and nicely presented. We tried several dishes, all tasty: codfish, duck with orange, classic steak with coffee and pink pepper sauce, a trio of mushrooms, and an excellent braised tuna in oyster sauce. Minor weaknesses: some side dishes lacked flavor, such as the mashed potatoes served with the cod and the cauliflower served with the duck. The tempura technique also needs

The setting is amazing with a very charming decoration and the waiters are very nice and friendly. Regarding the food, it is a bit overpriced in my opinion. There were some details that should not happen for a restaurant like this. But first things first, the Couvert was good, with excellent butter and tuna and olives paste to spread in the bread. As a starter, we ordered the tuna, but we were a bit disappointed. It had some nerves that made it a bit hard to eat and I think some more sauce would have made it better. The tuna selection should have been more careful. The main dishes were the sea bass and the duck. The sea bass was great, with a crunchy skin and a delicious purée. The duck was flavourful when combined with the orange. However, it was too cooked, as the waiter suggested rare but then it came like medium, which made it slightly chewy… Also, the potatoes lacked some more flavour or oven time, since I like them a bit more roasted. Overall, it was good.

10/10Our dinner at Palácio do Visconde was an excellent experience. The dishes we ordered (Portuguese codfish with a crust of corn bread set on chickpea purée and sprouts; and grilled prawns, black risotto and coriander emulsion) were perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the dessert was delicious (Portuguese “Rocha” pear cooked in white wine). Both servers were attentive and knowledgeable, offering very good wine recommendations without being intrusive. In spite of some noisy guests, the atmosphere was elegant and cozy, with soft lighting and comfortable seating. We'll definitely be returning to try more of their menu.

10/10We have just had the most superb meal at the Palacio do Visconte. We got a little lost en route and we’lre late for our reservation. However we were greeted with calmness and consideration when we finally found this most beautiful of buildings. The food was exquisite and the service impeccable and all presented in the most inspiring of environments. As our first evening meal in Lisbon we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and we’re grateful to all the lovely staff who looked after us with grace and professionalism. We highly recommend this restaurant and indeed hotel as we had a really wonderful visit to this little gem in Lisbon.

The dishes were decent, also the service was kind and quick (because of the late dinner time they were in a hurry 🙂). The ambience in the garden was quiet and beautiful. I can offer them, you won’t disappoint.

9.5/10A lovely backyard! The food was very tasty and nicely presented. One suggestion I have is to tidy up the backyard with upgraded lawn and furniture, taking out all the weeds around d the garden- it’s such a beautiful garden. It would be so much lovelier.

10/10A manor house in the city center. Well decorated, the restaurant area takes you the the glamours era of the 19th century. Excellent food, and an exquisite service. The space it's also a hotel, but you don't notice it. Hard to find parking, take public transportation or a taxi.

What a wonderful meal! We shared 4 appetizers - the shrimp with garlic was divine, as was the tempura. The main meal was also excellent! The Dorado with sweet potato was one of the best things I’ve eaten in some time. The staff were wonderful, very sweet and informative. We will go here again. Truly a special occasion restaurant!

5.5/10The place is beautiful although the food is not great… Whoever likes well made food it’s not the place for it, and wecan tell they know about it. The steak was mostly RAW and at times well done when the asked temperature was medium. The fries it was served with were inedible (dry, mashy and sandy texture on the inside), dishes aren’t described fully on the menu or by the staff so the expected ingredients do not meet what you see and taste. The starters were somewhere passable but with no emotion of satisfaction. Looks like they are making great coffee (and loads of it), so for that it should be a good place. I am surprised so many people mentioned that the food was good, we have tried 4 different positions on the menu and not a single one was shining with at least a good cooking.

Dear Amina, first of all, we always regret not meeting the expectations of those who visit us, but we really can't understand your comment, you say that the steak was raw but at the same time well done, then you mention that the service was slow but your order entered the kitchen at 1pm and the bill was paid an hour later. 10/10We spent a really great night and the food was really. However, I was very surprised that we paid for a St Valentine menu and no water was even included on it. I get that drinks outside of that is an extra but water, come on... You could do better than that next time.
