6/10Lovely venue with good food, however the service let us down. Our waitress started clearing the table before everyone finished eating and topped up our white wine before we finished drinking it. She was overly attentive, good intentions but we felt very rushed. Prawns and steak were nice, as well as the sea bass but the cod tasted like it was defrosted. We felt mislead by ‘Insider’ and unfortunately cannot recommend.

9.5/10We were a group of 4 with one member of our party with multiple food allergies. The staff were extremely careful and sensitive. The food was fresh and delicious. Small portions of some of the dishes but well prepared and beautifully presented. All in all a wonderful dinning experience.

10/10The space is absolutely gorgeous. Definitely one of the more wonderfully decorated restaurants I've been to. The servers went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The food was very nice, plating was great, the food overall lacked a bit of salt, especially the steak. The flavours were very balanced. I would only increase the depth of flavor in some sauces a tiny bit and fix the salt issue. Would come again, very nice.

10/10The food is great, the setting is calm and beautiful, they have a great garden that is shady and peaceful. The service is perfect. And its not super expensive either. If I lived in Lisbon I would be here every lunch break!

10/10Food is delicious here. The restaurant itself is very nicely decorated, with Bordallo Pinheiro II original paintings on the walls! Waiter es are very kind without being overwhelming. There is also an out door garden with tables and chairs to be enjoyed when the weather is good. After having our main dishes inside, we had dessert and coffee out doors in the nice and fresh garden/patio. Prices are very reasonable, food is excellent and service is great making a lunch or dinner experience a very pleasant one!

10/10Great experience: service, food quality and obviously the ambience. Right in the middle of a quite confusing area, with a lot of people passing by, you can find this hotel/restaurant with a calm and very nice ambiance. The food quality is great, and the quality/price ratio is excellent.

8.5/10Lovely dining room and friendly service. Food was good but just fell short of being excellent. Shrimp were perfect but squid ink risotto was bland. Roast pork was beautifully cooked but chickpea side was dry. Didn’t get to try steak but it looked delicious.

10/10This was a wonderful hidden gem! I've walked past it many times and had no idea there was a beautiful garden and restaurant there. The ambience was so light and warm- in a beautiful historic building. The staff was very professional and service was perfect- very classy, but not stuffy at all. just lovely. And the food- we tried the cod, the bife and the camarão grelhado over risotto tinto- and they were all delicious, We had two nice starters- the peixinho (tempura vegetables and shrimp) and some kind of croquette over pesto that was also very nice. We tried the pera rocha and the lime tart for dessert- we enjoyed EVERYTHING! I would highly recommend Palácio do Visconde!

9/10First of all, this palace is restored with a touch of modern art painting of Bordallo II of the landmarks of Lisbon. Very good natural light and very comfortable to spend the afternoon. Waiters and services are all top. Actually this is not the first time I’m here so for the food, I do think it was 10, and this time maybe 9. Still good but not as perfect as our last experience. It won’t stop me from visiting again. Thanks the team made it a great time for me and my friends. We will be back. Cheers

10/10Our breakfast was delicious! The place is so beautiful like a real palace. The waitress was very friendly and helped me with the choice. I’d recommend to choose full breakfast to taste all items 😉
