5.5/10The place is beautiful although the food is not great… Whoever likes well made food it’s not the place for it, and wecan tell they know about it. The steak was mostly RAW and at times well done when the asked temperature was medium. The fries it was served with were inedible (dry, mashy and sandy texture on the inside), dishes aren’t described fully on the menu or by the staff so the expected ingredients do not meet what you see and taste. The starters were somewhere passable but with no emotion of satisfaction. Looks like they are making great coffee (and loads of it), so for that it should be a good place. I am surprised so many people mentioned that the food was good, we have tried 4 different positions on the menu and not a single one was shining with at least a good cooking.

Dear Amina, first of all, we always regret not meeting the expectations of those who visit us, but we really can't understand your comment, you say that the steak was raw but at the same time well done, then you mention that the service was slow but your order entered the kitchen at 1pm and the bill was paid an hour later. Sometimes we just have to accept that we can't meet everyone who visits us- The management of the Palácio do Visconde . The Coffee Experience.

10/10We spent a really great night and the food was really. However, I was very surprised that we paid for a St Valentine menu and no water was even included on it. I get that drinks outside of that is an extra but water, come on... You could do better than that next time.

8/10I have been coming here for quite a time and always bring friends so that they might know the place and come back. This time we were a group of 9. Food and service were good as always, though I would advise customers to carefully check their bill before paying. We were charged for a bottle of wine instead of a glass of wine. We called and money was returned. I just think that shouldn’t happen at a place like this.

+1We had dinner at Palácio do Visconde on the 25th of December and we couldn't be happier and satisfied with how well everything went. The food was amazing from the appetizers to deserts. The portion was a lot and worth the price. They had reasonable prices on the menu. The service was top tier! And the ambience was superb. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back!

Very nice waiters and waitress. But the other table was talking too loudly throughout the whole lunch, unfortunately, which seriously affect the ambience of the nice environment!

Admire the joint investment of in create a boutique hotel, dining & coffee experience in a significant historical Lisbon landmark. Memorable: wine list, braised tuna starter, sea bass, bread choices and compound butter. Forget or review recipes: penne & eggplant pasta dish (too dry, over cooked, needs pre-tasting); pork medallions with mint oil (overcooked, bland with the mint oil rescuing the protein a bit); chocolate dessert with Magnum ice cream, paired with port (missed an ingredient as it arrived as a small bowl of melted chocolate). Service staff very attentive but not schooled is sending items back to the kitchen line. Potential to become a true dining experience just a few steps away. Obrigado!

6/10Lovely venue with good food, however the service let us down. Our waitress started clearing the table before everyone finished eating and topped up our white wine before we finished drinking it. She was overly attentive, good intentions but we felt very rushed. Prawns and steak were nice, as well as the sea bass but the cod tasted like it was defrosted. We felt mislead by ‘Insider’ and unfortunately cannot recommend.

9.5/10We were a group of 4 with one member of our party with multiple food allergies. The staff were extremely careful and sensitive. The food was fresh and delicious. Small portions of some of the dishes but well prepared and beautifully presented. All in all a wonderful dinning experience.
