Light-hearted but professional. Even after our dinner, when I claimed our aperativi were not on the bill, their attitude didn't change a bit: cordial and pleasant. Would go back in a heartbeat. Oh, and the food is nothing less of excellent...!

The food and service are exactly what you’d expect from an upscale restaurant—they definitely don’t disappoint. The only small downside is that while the view is gorgeous, you really can’t see it at night. If possible, depending on their hours, a daytime reservation might be the better choice to fully enjoy it. Overall, the restaurant was superb, along with the service !

Lovely location and some of the staff were very friendly and welcoming, but overall service felt very rushed; one of my plates was cleared before I was finished and without checking if I was done. We were also rushed back to the table after taking a short break. The food was a little underwhelming in parts, although the squid tagliatelle and amuse bouches were great, with the passion fruit sorbet lollipop being a highlight.

Outstanding from the moment we arrived. super friendly, hospitable and attentive staff. Had chef 7 course tasting menu which was fabulous. Maybe off on one or two pairings to our taste, but overall a great Michelin dining experience. Lots of little extras along g the way starting with amuse bouch and petit fours at the end and wonderful bread bites and local olive oils in between. Bravo and thank you!

The ambience was perfect and they treat us very good but the food was disappointing. We had high expectations due to be a Michelin star restaurant and the food was not good. There was not complex flavors, the food was either salty or bland and the pasta was raw. The only thing we like was the dessert.

Not really knowing what to expect, Palazzo Petrucci Ristorante was an absolutely journey through culinary flavors and textures. The chef’s choice tasting menu is absolutely the way to go. Combining various ingredients that wonderfully compliment each other has us savoring each and every bite. And the service was stunning. They explained each course to us and a little about the chef’s inspiration, and never let us run low on water or wine. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. If you’re in Napoli for an evening and can only have a meal at one restaurant, reserve a table at Palazzo Petrucci Ristorante. You will remember it forever.

The attentiveness of the staff was excellent. When someone in our party was less than happy with one of their courses it was noted, removed, and then replaced with an excellent alternative.

+2We were very underwhelmed. First, they made a mistake and gave my husband my alcohol drink when they knew he doesn’t drink. The man who asked what we wanted to drink said he didn’t communicate to the young lady who brought our drinks. We ordered the five course chef’s picks and we were extremely disappointed. The first appetizer was not bad but it got worst from there. As every dish came we were more and more disappointed. It was bland, the combination of flavours was not cohesive and complimenting. We are in the land of pasta and with the dish came the raw fish was tasty which nothing was done to it but the “miso sauce” was ok but there wasn’t much of it. There wasn’t any sauce left on purpose dishes. Once, we finished our plates the server came by and ask us how it was and when I told her my opinion of lack of sauce she got defensive and upset. This made us both feel uncomfortable and set a bad tone for the rest of the meal. The desserts were better. Would definitely not recommend.

last restaurant my wife and i ate in Italy before going back to the US. Was amazing and actually filling for this type of restaurant. Was a great way to get away from all the pasta and seafood we had over 2 weeks and a perfect way to end our trip of food.

Regarding food and service the experience was definitely more than excellent. The problem was the ambience for two reasons: noise and sight. Noise was a problem as the restaurant hosted a 20 people table for a birthday dinner (plus the usual other tables), that obviously were cheering and shouting all the time. As always, noise in a restaurant brings more noise as other people have to raise their voice. Poor acoustic treatment of the room didn’t help. For the bill we paid and for the reputation of this place, they are expected not to take such big tables for parties when there are also other customers. Especially in this city where people are (notoriously) “cheerful”. Sight is the most beautiful ever, big windows on Vesuvius and palazzo Donna Anna, amazing..you have dinner at the beach level, unfortunately all is ruined by the beach facilities (sun umbrellas) and rubbish on the beach left by people. I realize this is outside of the restaurant responsibility, but what a pity!

This is an exceptional restaurant. We went the previous day to The George which has 2 stars and 70% more expensive so this is great value and terrific views. We settled for the 5 course tasting menu which was superb and very well balanced. As we departed the chef met with us which was a nice touch. Great service throughout with a tremendous wine list

My wife and I had our first honeymoon dinner here. The staff, including Vincenzo, were excellent throughout, and the experience was amazing. The views on every level were breathtaking. Finally, and most importantly, every course of the chef recommended menu, including the duck, the fish, oyster, shrimp, and pasta were world class. The night ended with dessert and a lovely personalized plate of desserts for my wife and I. Absolutely would recommend it and I look forward to bringing the Mrs back here again.

The restaurant greeted us and took us to a table with the most magnificent view of the bay and Mt. Vesuvius. We ordered the peach spritz and they were delicious. We opted for the 7 course chef’s choice tasting menu and were not disappointed by the innovative seafood and beef dishes. An excellent start to our honeymoon!

The staff was welcoming and the food was extraordinary. From making the reservation to settling the hill, they made us feel welcome. The view is lovely and their is a first floor deck where one can have a drink or relax after and enjoy the view. The chefs menu while pricey was worth it. Every dish executed with care and delicious. It’s a splurge that is well worth it.
