It was a memorable and delectable dining experience among many other excellent restaurants in Palermo. I would say as a culinary enthusiast the Palazzo Sambuca stands out in the international dining context! Bravissimo Palazzo Sambuco! Can’t wait to return.

Great food and very friendly welcome in a pleasent setting. We wish we could have stayed longer, or discovered it sooner but we had to dash to catch our flight home!

Absolutely the BEST seafood of our trip! 🐟✨ Fresh local fish of the day, cooked perfectly, and the friendliest staff. A small place, but truly unforgettable – highly recommended!

The food was good, but the price hardly justified. The service was absolutely unprofessional, the way the dishes were placed left us speachless. An absolute lack of care and friendlyness created a chilly atmosphere.

Offriamo un menu con tanto di prezzi visibili che per quanto ci riguarda rientrano nella norma!, , Palermo offre un buon street food che con pochi euro riesce a soddisfare molti palati , magari anche il suo. , le potrei consigliare pane e panelle Quindi se si vuole spendere pochissimo si va altrove. non nei ristoranti di pesce Siete stati serviti con professionalità e d educazione. Ma soprattutto la nostra più grande soddisfazione è di aver ritirato i piatti vuoti. Buona giornata

I went to the restaurant the last time I was in Palermo, it was super. I went again this time, I am still impressed. Very welcoming and excellent cuisine.

The service was amazing. The location is pretty, and calm. The restaurant is a beautiful place. The waiters are really lovely. But the food is not the best one we ate in Palermo. The fish was a bit cold and missed salt, and it was really expensive for the amount they served. The desserts were amazing, the best ones we had. But the salty food is too expensive for what it really is. The arancia & finocchio salad was really tasty but there were not enough anchovy. I'm always the first one to give a tip, but this time, the unjustified expensiveness of the bill disappointed me. We're on a port, there is fish everywhere with more accurate prices. I hope I won't disappoint the lovely staff !

The food was excellent and the seafood was very fresh. The service was wonderful and the restaurant was very charming. We liked it so much that we ate there three times.

Absolutely incredible meal, with a lovely proprietor. The fish is so fresh, simply prepared, and delicious. Everything was delicious. We hope to visit this wonderful family restaurant again.

It was a very quiet night when we dined here. Initially we thought this could be a bad omen. Our misgivings were soon dispelled and we enjoyed a wonderful meal. Our wine (purchased by the glass and I cannot recall the name) was very good and exactly what we were looking for. The absolute standout of the evening was an appetizer - sashimi of scorfano fish served with red shrimp. This was excellent! We also had very good polpette di shared. Our second course was a simply prepared fish of the day. This too was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Happened on this little place just by walking past on the way to somewhere else - very glad we did. Lovely food and very friendly service, everything was just delightful - including the proprietor's children having their supper in the restaurant when we arrived. A pity it was not more busy - only two other tables were occupied - because they certainly deserve to do well. Fish of the day (Scorfano) was delicious but probably rather expensive - I didn't ask but the total bill suggested it. Good wine list. Altogether highly recommended, we would definitely go again.

Amazing seafood and charming “family-like” staff. This is an excellent, low-profile little restaurant in old Palermo. We highly recommend it!

I’m local and this was Super delicious, very nice family business with daughter and father to take order and represents the restaurant. You’ll find very niche fishes and fresh traditional pasta. Suggested to pay a visit.

The food and the service was amazing. You can tell that the ingredients are very fresh. Our only problem is that when we wanted to buy some pasta and olive oil to bring home, we were unsure about the olive oil because we only had a cabin bag. The waiter insisted and assured us that the size of the oil was the good one for the flight but at the airport we couldn’t pass it because it was not the allowed size :/

We had a great dinner. The carpaccio of octopus was amazing, the orata a la griglia as well and the fritto misto buono buono. As a final touch, the owner sells handmade jewelry at a very good price and amazing style! Thanks a lot!

Good fresh, authentic local cuisine. Can highly recommend the swordfish rolls and the catch of the day, seabream. Orange and fennel side salad delicious and refreshing.
