10/10What a gem! 💎 So happy we have found this restaurant. Finally some proper Italian food, in a nice ambiance. Staff and owner are very friendly, making you feel welcome. Absolutely love the Flan with gorgonzola as a starter. Drove all the way back from Arnhem to have it again. Says enough.

10/10Delicious authentic Italian cuisine with excellent service and comfortable seating. Fresh ingredients and wonderful menu with something for everyone. The owner came by and made us feel like family. We had walked by this restaurant and liked the menu, so we made a reservation for the next night. So glad we did!

7.5/10A cozy Italian restaurant in a central location in Amsterdam. It was recommended to us, so we stopped by for a dinner for 2. We tried their raw beef with black truffle, the truffle was flavorful and the dish was well made. For mains, we had their white truffle fettuccine and the special octopus stew. Again, the truffle sauce was delicious but the pasta was a bit on the stale side. The octopus stew, though, was a winner for me. One of the better octopus dishes I've tried in the Netherlands, it was cooked the right amount: not chewy or dry. Served in a tomato-based stew with garlic bread, it was really well made. They also have a decent wine menu to pair with the dishes, and the atmosphere is very cozy with white tablecloths. We were happy with the service overall, the staff was attentive and our dishes arrived fast. We would come back to try their desserts.

7/10We were greeted immediately and sat at a lovely table. Food was great but my only gripe was that no bread was brought to our table. I did notice that all other tables had bread but we did not. I should not have to ask especially since it was not listed on the menu

10/10Another fantastic evening at Pallido. Great food (mmmm Vitello Tonnato), tried a new wine (on recommendation) and enjoyed scroppinos at the end. Great hosts and service. We will be back!

8/10A very nice authentic Italian restaurant with very good ambiance. Only we had to wait very long for our main dish because they lost our order. They didn't even notice it. But okay they were really helpful and gave us a wine for free and. Some small tapas...the main dish was very good.

We enjoyed everything about the place, nice cozy set up and of course delicious food. The pasta with truffel mayonaise is the best we had ever. The home made pasta made it even better. Recommend everyone to try out this place! Very friendly people since we came in until the end of our night.

8.5/10The ambiance was warm and sophisticated, and the service was fast and attentive even though the restaurant was busy. The food was okay, the flavors not particularly outstanding nor the combinations subtle. We went for the 50% off but got closer to 30% which I didn't understand. I am not sure I would have gone out of my way to go there otherwise, although the menu was definitely "budget-prices by California standards, even before the discount.

6/10The taste was good but the portion of pasta was unbelievably small. The plate served is very large but the food in it is very little.There were 5 ravioli in the plate . we were still feeling hungry when we left the restaurant.it was a real disappointment.

4/10My husband and I were not impressed. We had a soufflé which nothing close to a soufflé and cold. There are far better restaurants in the area. Food was way worse than my cooking by far ( I am not a chef, but simply cook for my family-nothing special).

5/10Starters really not good. My Vitello Tonato was the quite bad, the sauce was scarce and tasted nothing like tuna. My son’s bruschetta was tasteless. The pasta we had as main dish was better, but not really worth mentioning.

10/10We are happy that we finally managed to find available time slot to come to this restaurant. We've been trying for quite some time and it was definitely worth waiting. The quality and taste of food were excellent as well as the size of the portions. Service was fast and friendly. The owner and the staff, all Italian, cheerful and joking set a true authentic atmosphere of sitting in a family Italian restaurant. Highly recommend it for any type of outing, it has at the same time home-like atmosphere and an elegant sophisticated vibe. Grazie per una serata bellissima!

10/10This small cosy family run restaurant is the greatest in Amsterdam. Can be romantic with lover but also fancy with friends. Service is always personal and fast. Food amazing. Pasta dishes are delicious but not low on calories
