Mid- low quality food.

We had a wonderful New Years Eve meal and the food was delicious. It was a prepaid meal for a 5 course meal and all the drinks you wanted. We had requested an all seafood meal because we do not eat steak which was part of the pre-arranged meal. They made a mistake and gave us the steak, but quickly made up for it by giving us 3 plates of some of the best scallops we had ever eaten. Everyone in the restaurant went outside at midnight to watch the fireworks and then were welcomed back to the restaurant to continue to celebrate. After multiple bottles of wine and glasses of port, we wound up dancing with the Portuguese people who had also eaten in the same upstairs room until after 2:00 AM. What a fun and memorable New Years.

Food was excellent but they were totally unprepared for a full house, service-wise. No menu so we had to guess what some components of the meal were. Same plate for the first four courses. Paper napkins. No napkin for the wine bottles, even for the table next to us with a bottle in a ice bucket. Noise level a little loud because there were no sound deadening. I would probably go back on a quiet day for the food and I'm sure for much more attentive service, but certainly not again for a preix fixe News Year's Eve.

Excellent food and service. Pity the manager didn’t apply the fork reduction until I asked him for it. Then no apology was forthcoming. Not sure he just forgot.

Very cosy and it was not crowded when visiting. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Food is very nice too. We didn’t like the cod becuz of too many fish bones.

Boys looking after me were very nice, the food was delicious and lovely music and the place was buzzing but not overwhelmingly I had a nice relaxing dinner

Our meals were excellent and unexpected considering the location in the center of tourist restaurants.

The staff was great. They really took good care of us and the food was excellent. We sat outside so we could enjoy the energy of the heart of Cascais.

We had the BEST meal of our stay in Cascais here! Our waiter was incredible with his recommendations. He recommended the steak tartare and I can not say enough about how delicious it was! My husband was thrilled with the prawns and the mussels as well. I wish we had tried this restaurant earlier in the trip so we could come back again!

Very good restaurant would come back anytime! Price ration was very good with’ the reduction from our reservation. There’s live music so it can be loud at times but we enjoyed it. The staff is lovely and always around a d fast when you need something. If you are in Cascais I would 100% recommend!!

We were a large party from Dublin who enjoyed a great evening recently at the Palm Tree. Great atmosphere and great entertainment. Very good value and friendly waiting staff

A very good lunch at the open air area

Food is excellent, but the main course took a very long time to arrive. Not the best place to eat in winter. We were seated outside and there was no easy way to stay warm, although they were very helpful with placing outdoor heaters and even providing blankets! :)

Really not a good experience. Some Starters forgotten, main sides incorrect, drinks forgotten about numerous times. All incorrect sides with the steaks , were told to just start eating, but by time rest came out everything was almost finished and cold.

We had the best experience here!! Very tasty food, reasonable prices and amazing staff. Pedro is the most friendly host you will meet. He made sure everything was what we (could have) wished for!! Definitely would recommend.

We tried their Italian foods, different kind for each 6. Everything was excellent, and service was so good (and winepouring) that we felt like royals.

For me, it is the best restaurant I have ever eaten in. I had to move from Germany to Portugal to see what good food tastes like and what good service looks like. The menu offers a wonderful selection of traditional Portuguese food but also a lot of other food for people who prefer pasta or risotto. I can only recommend this place. Very friendly staff the waiter Thiago gave us good wine and a good menu.

I haven’t been at the restaurante before now, but if you went there before 9 months you should give another chance for sure. Chef Henrique started a complete revolution in the restaurant menu. The food is awesome, we’ll served and is a truly chef menu in middle of Cascais with a very good price. Don’t hesitate one minute.
