10/10Cool, fun and delicious - the setting was great with great decor and fun music gave it energy while the service was attentive and prompt and last but far from least - the food was DELICIOUS - from our Gruyère truffled cheese to asparagus with hollandaise to our entrees of chicken with a slight Asian sauce flair to scallops to fish -it was delicious.

8/10At first glance, the restaurant seems small, but up a winder flight of stairs, and you are in a banquet hall by comparison. Very elegant wallpaper, and we had a window seat, but away from the cigarette fumes at street level. The food was great!

This was the third or fourth time we’ve been to Pamela Popo since finding it in 2015 and it is always a standout in a city of outstanding restaurants. We were visiting Paris with four friends and were eager to show them why Paris is our favorite city in the world; tonight really clued them in. We had foie gras torchon, beef filet with bone marrow and silky mashed potatoes, and orecchiette with truffle and well aged (80 months!) Parmigiana Reggiano. Our waiter remembered us from the last visit (I wish we knew his name) and recommended a wine that was perfect for our group’s choices and well priced. Although they were slammed and it took awhile to get served, it was worth the wait.

10/10This was the best overall dining experience we’ve had in 8 nights into our European trip (and we’ve had some wonderful dinners before this). What a great find in Le Marais. The food menu was relatively small but had a good variety of things, including for my wife who doesn’t eat red meat, and our young kids. The food was absolutely delicious - the ribeye for 2 was probably the best ribeye I’ve ever tasted. The service was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant has a unique combination of A “cool” and comfortable/cozy vibe with a great selection of background music and the interior design is “fresh” yet still very French. We will definitely come back on our next Paris visit.

10/10Always excellent. A neighborhood gem that we return to every time we are in Paris. The beef bourguignon was creative and delicious in the style of a boneless short rib, and the deviled eggs were superb.

The food was nice but too expensive for what it was…. 30 euros for a chicken breast and baked potatoes or 32 euro for a oiece of codfish with black rice is simply too much in my opinion.

10/10Pamela Popo is a gem. Whenever we are in Paris we make sure to have at least one dinner here. The food is exceptional and creative, with delicious flavor combinations. We sat next to a chef visiting from America and she could not stop talking about how amazing her meal was - and she's correct! The atmosphere is casual and fun. Upstairs is like sitting in an eclectic living room. Highly recommend.

7.5/10The foie gras starter was wonderful, offset by a dollop of pear chutney, but the chicken breast and simmered beef were lackluster. When the carrot purée is the best thing on the plate and you’re a dedicated carnivore, the meal is not in the “memorable” column. Too-loud music elevated the conversation volume—perhaps an attractive ambiance for some but not our preference. Nice people but we won’t be back.

9/10cod was dry, potatoes under cod were dense and didn't contrast the flavor of the cod very well. crab appetizer was superb as always, and brioche dessert was delicious.

3.5/10Very disappointed with the quality of food and menu selections. I think its main chef has been changed. Different quality and taste of the food there from what I remember from my previous fantastic visit to Pamela Popo.
