3.5/10Sadly, most of the dishes we ordered were simply terrible. Their interpretation of a mixed salad was chopped up iceberg leaves with a slice of lemon. We sent it back with a pasta and a ragu dish that came close to being inedible, and we have travelled to Italy close to 10 times over the years – never experienced anything like it. Even olive oil and vinegar/balsamic vinegar were not available, since the bread already contained olive oil, we were told!?! The head waiter/restaurant manager offered us a free dish to compensate for the other dishes (that we ended up paying for). We chose a steak to minimise the risk of surprise, and that was by far the best dish out of all 6. If you are the least interested in gastronomy, you need to steer clear of this eatery. Sadly, that's just a fact, not a matter of taste.

good evening, I'm sorry for what happened however I just wanted to tell you that our average reviews have always been very high especially with the cuisine so this is the only fact that matters, then if you don't like Neapolitan or Genoese ragù I liked it, that's another matter. as regards the dishes, both the salad and the sliced meat were offered additionally on our menu (which you can check from the fork complete with translation) there is no mixed salad item but only green salad. we're sorry for everything, tastes are right, they can't be questionable, we made ourselves available as much as we could 😊
