Pane Georgiano is located just outside the historical walls of Bologna on the other side of Stalingrado Bridge. For those already familiar with Georgian Cuisine, they will find the classic and authentic recipes ranging from the cheese breads, delicious dumplings eggplant and meat dishes. The Khinkali dumplings brought me back to Kahketi region and Kachapuri with cheese or egg was amazing. They even have the traditional bread oven that can be seen with the open kitchen! Furthermore, be sure to try the selection of Georgian wines, Tarragon soda and of course their famous mineral waters. Make sure to try dishes and it is best shared with friends! Cheers! Gaumarjos!
