+3Amazing food and service! Scallop risotto was cooked to perfection, the breaded veal was so tender, and the ice cream was such a sweet ending to the entire experience. Ambience was great for us as a couple. The place felt clean and elegant. Every dish we ordered was a hit. Asked the staff for recommendations and we were very satisfied. Highly recommend!

When we arrived, we were welcomed by very friendly staff and the place looked promising. Unfortunately, from there the experience went downhill. We waited around 45 minutes between starter and main course; when the food finally arrived, it was cold. After reheating, the duck was still almost inedible – more like chewing rubber than a main dish at these prices. We sent it back and were offered a free dessert as compensation, but it still appeared on the bill and the waitress tried to blame a “misunderstanding” on us. Nice location and kind staff, but quality, reliability and value for money were simply not acceptable.

The staff was very nice and careful. All dishes we received together with the ones received from the restaurant side were nicely explained and introduced by the staff. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. This restaurant is inside The Westin Palace hotel.

Very disappointing service. We waiting for hours to get our food. Hours to get a coke. The white wine we ordered came so late and the server said it was because the wine was frozen. Who freezes wine? For the amount they charge for the dishes, the food looked better than it tasted. They absolutely need to work on their service.

Delicious food, served by warm welcoming people. It's served at a slower pace but allows you to enjoy your meal and company more. If you want a fine dinning experience at a reasonable price while in Milan this is a must

This is such an underrated gem of Milan food scene! The food was incredibly, reasonably priced, and the service was impeccable. This was a top 5 dining experience for me. I don’t normally write reviews but this place deserves it. We had such a delightful dinner here and will be thoroughly recommending to friends and family who visit!

Everything about our experience at PanEVO was a perfect 10 out of 10! The food was absolutely phenomenal every dish was crafted to perfection. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. I also had the best wine I’ve ever tasted in my life it was unforgettable. To top it all off, they treated us to an amazing dessert on the house, which was such a lovely surprise. Every single aspect of the visit was exceptional in the most positive way imaginable. Highly recommended!

Extremely friendly staff. Food offering was delicious and wine selection broad to accomodate for different palates and taste. What we would leave as a suggestion is to actually list the coffee-bound sweets as a separate entry in the dessert menu. They were simply too good to miss.

Food: not amazing, just good enough. Ambiance: very good ambiance and lighting. Also good at noise level, not too high to bother and not too low to be boring. Service: we went for New Year’s Eve dinner. The reservation confirmation said that the maximum time for the table was 1:30 hours, so we were confident that we would be out at around 11:00 PM in time for the celebrations (our reservation was at 9:30 PM). It was a 6-course fixed menu, however at 11:15 PM we were still waiting for the 4th course. They had a lot of delays and we were not the only diners complaining about the long waits between courses. We decided to leave because the experience was far from expectations and we were offered the bottle of Prosecco that I ordered as a courtesy. Having a pre-fixed menu, we didn’t understand why so many delays. Looks like they didn’t plan accordingly. I was also offered a voucher for a free dinner with an exp. date of 12/31/25. I won’t come back, but at least they acknowledged their flaw.

The food was okay. The charcuterie, cheese and risotto were really good. The rest was dry. The hotel is beautiful but the staff looked like they wanted us to hurry and leave although we asked for the tasting menu.

The food was excellent! The service was great and most importantly we were 4 adults with 4 kids at ages ranging from 5months to 2 years. They kindly offered us kid friendly options for food which were delicious and they provided us with sufficient space as well as understanding. We are definitely recommend the restaurant!

It was a great experience from start to finish. The food was outstanding, with the desserts as the real highlights. The main courses were also well-prepared and super tasty. The attention to detail in selecting high-quality ingredients was evident. The staff were incredibly kind and knowledgeable, making the entire dinner even more enjoyable.

Very good service, food, style and environment. Reservation was ready and waiting us to show up. We had what we need all the time and the team was very gentle without being invasive, congratulations to the manager for having such a great team. the food was delicious, so the hidden maestros in the kitchen did a great job as well. I didnt have to remind anyone of the discount applicable expected from The Fork. Great dinner, I recommend it and would definitely come back, Bravo !

Fine dining experience in pleasant outdoor setting with excellent service. Nice surprise to have delicate entree and delicious pastries to finish. Generous Fork discount made it very good value. Would highly recommend.

To my surprise they were very cold and racist. They were warm and welcoming to all the other guest except me. I am a Indian. I booked dinner with them. I felt very ignored and wasn't attended on time. I would suggest all Indians not to go there. Because when you are paying so much you should not accept such behavior. Infact in the end they gave me a wrong bill as well. If i would not have checked i would have ended paying someone else's bill. Very disappointing.
