Our return visit to Panza Chijna was every bit as exceptional as the first. Monica once again welcomed us with warmth and helped guide us through another outstanding meal. The seafood was superb—fresh, inventive, and beautifully presented—and the wine list continues to impress with its depth and quality. The intimate setting makes it feel special every time. Panza Chijna has truly become one of our favorite dining spots in Aosta.

Panza Chijna was an incredible discovery! Our hostess, Monica, was wonderfully helpful in guiding us through the menu, making our choices effortless. The restaurant is small and intimate, so a reservation is definitely a must. The seafood dishes were absolutely fabulous—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. To top it off, the wine list is impressively deep and of very high quality. A true gem, and we can’t wait to return!

Panza Chijna is a small, elegant restaurant. We were welcomed by the owner and served very graciously. The restaurant specializes in fish and seafood, which is elgantly, artistically prepared and served. Our meal was outstanding. The wine list is very complete and reasonaby priced. I am surprised that this restaurant is not listed in the Guide Michelin: it should be!

The ambiance was very cosy and relax, and we were very happy to be in a warm place while it was pouring with rain outside. We were 2 couples and we all took the menu. We were absolutely delighted by the excellent food. It was perfect. Fore sure, we'll come back!

Charming ambiance coupled with excellent service and delicious cuisine. Appreciated the competence and professionalism of the owner who personally attended at all our expectations. Upon arrival, we caught a glimpse of the Chef, Demetrio, whose creative proposals of the day we tasted, proved to meet his reputation.

The quality of the food is very high and everything was really delicious. Unfortunately the portions are pretty small, pasta was not enough for a dinner. But overall it was very delicious.
