2.5/10DON'T EAT HERE: Poor quality, overpriced, cold food; extremely loud EDM music. Chose this place for dinner based on a limited, interesting sounding menu. The food quality is poor. It was served lukewarm, flavors were poorly developed and not well balanced. The presentation was ok Unfortunately, poor food was just the beginning. I was seated near the door, which had a constant stream of peope going in and out of the bar, making that area cold and uncomfortable during fall weather . Eventually I got the waiter's attention and was moved. The bar is packed, with a constant stream of young patrons drinking cocktails out of plastic cups, often bumping into me as I tried to eat my dinner. Lastly, the music was uncomfortably loud for a dining room. In summary, this place is apparently well suited for a cocktail, but provides poor quality food in a terrible atmosphere for dinner.

10/10Fantastic bar and restaurant - great cocktails, even better food. Meatballs, Octapus, Ribs and Stuffed Squid sensational - some of the best food we've had in our 6 weeks in Italy. Excellent value for money, would have no hesitation coming back.

10/10Our host was very attentive, the service was paced just right—no long waits between drinks and courses, without being rushed, either—and the food was excellent. I especially loved the gnocchi, which were so soft and perfectly balanced with the asparagus, shrimp and cream sauce. The vibe is casual and welcoming. We would definitely recommend!

7/10Tasty food but small portions. Menu a bit limited but being a bistro it’s expected. Table we sat at was oily and not clean. A quick dinner for two with glass of sparkling water no dessert and no wine 41 euro thanks to Summer 50pct festival. That price makes sense.

10/10The food and cocktails at this place were lovey! We tried the Veterana pinse, Mondeghini, Octopus, Tortello stuffed with braised meat, Tagliolino with Black, and Rib Eye Steak. Each dish tasted great and had just the right amount of seasoning. Our waiter, Matteo, was really nice and helpful with suggestions. This was definitely the best service we got in Milano.

6.5/10We went to this restaurant because of high rate on tripadvisor. It was a quite disappointing experience as the food wasn’t so good as expected. The only exception is octopus. The rest is quite low quality. It wasn’t comfortable to sit there as the siting place was made from metal (you can imagine what happened after few hours of siting ((( the waiter doesn’t speak English which makes our conversation a bit difficult. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it.

3.5/10Food was awful. Tasteless tuna tacos, chewy chicken nuggets, overcooked octopus. The promised ambience didn't exist. It was cold, we were shoved in a corner with only two other tables in a small area. I like low lighting but it wasn't right. Felt depressing along with the decor. Service was nice and friendly. Good touches such as icing our wine glasses before serving. But I hate it when you spend good money and then they pretty much chuck you out because they have another table coming in. We were ready to go anyway..

10/10This is a very nice restaurant, in a calm neighbourhood, with an innovative cuisine. Very well made with very good products, it is a pleasure to share it in such a place with friends, accompanied with a good local wine. Not to be missed if you want to stay away from the touristic areas and have a very good and relaxing dinner.

5.5/10Arrived at 8 PM on Saturday and only 20% full at best. Expected it to get busier and it did not. Ordered the Octopus dish & it was dry & overcooked, Our other dishes were average, nothing special, (truffle croquettes & pinsette) Don’t quite understand high ratings. Maybe more of a bar scene than restaurant?

8.5/10We had a blast there. It was their anniversary and beer and wine was free! The place was hopping PS- we were the oldest ones there! Lol The waiter was good It was a fun evening.

8.5/10Food was ok! The truffle purée smelled amazing. The only thing that was really unpleasant was the really loud music. We had to ask the waiter to lower the volume a little bit and yet needed to shout. I don’t think I would go back.

10/10A last minute decision based on a very quick internet search and we were so thrilled we chose Parea as our last meal out in Milan. The hosts were very accommodating and talked us through the menu and wine. Food was delicious and all in all a wonderful evening. Highly recommend.
