9.5/10We were with a large group and asked to simply put something on the table which we could share. The staff understood right away what we wanted and surprised us. All the food we got was delicious and very nicely plated. We also had good tasting wines paired with the food. From all the restaurants we went to last week (of which one was a Michelin) this restaurant was the best, tastefull, kind and absolutely delicious!

10/10The setting was quiet a d we enjoyed the outdoor seating. The food was innovative with clear Italian roots. All the dishes vere very good. The duck, the tubot, and the green gramigna pasta dishes were outstanding.

10/10Excellent menu, traditional Emiliano dishes with a modern twist. Risotto with cauliflower and Speck had orange flavor. Tagliatelle with Bolognese sauce was wonderful. The cotoletta alla bolognese is a veal cutlet with prosciutto and cheese on top. Generous cut, too big for one, at least after the salumi board and the pasta. But perfect when shared. Very nice atmosphere. Bravi!

2/10The duck we had was uneatable, the quality of the meat was bad, when I said that it is basically impossible to cut the meat or chew it, and asked the stuff to solve the problem, after 15 minutes they brought the same piece of meat only cooked more.

10/10A unique atmosphere, reminiscent of a dinner party, is what welcomed us at Parlor. The service was swift and attentive, the food quirky, yet impeccably delicious. A well-balanced wine list was also greatly appreciated and enjoyed. In conclusion - reasonably priced, centrally located and highly recommended.

10/10Stunningly delicious food in a gorgeous library room tucked behind a long counter that looks not as special. The best beer I have tasted in Italy, amazing appetizers, and wonderful pasta.

10/10This was a hidden gem that we took a risk on. It is away from the usual places to walk but don’t let that put you off. The food was some of the best we tasted in Bologna, and there was a lot of competition!! The staff were kind, patient and so helpful. Our only comment would be that they could take things a little slower but that is a minor point and when we asked they gave us time. Modern accents with traditional bases, with the amazing standard expected in Bologna when dining - highly recommend!!!

10/10Extremely good service, they were really welcoming and friendly through the entire evening. The atmosphere also, very calm and good. The menu is very well put together, modern inspired dishes yet also traditional - I loved it. I will definitely come again!

9/10Not in the busy old town center but really close (10 min walk from the '2 towers'. Cosy restaurant with terrace on the sidewalk, but few passengers so quiet to eat in peace. Excellent food + very extended wine choice.

9/10A very nice restaurant that lies near all the important places in the city center of Bologna. They have a relatively small menu and everything is fresh and tasty. We were lucky to book one of the last tables for that night - and this was just on a Tuesday!

9/10Loved the location and feel of this modern restaurant just a little of the main square great contrast to our traditional restaurant last night. Menus were only in Italian and the staff were friendly and helpful with translations and service.
