10/10Everything was fantastic! From the delicious, well balanced, savory food... to the intimate, romantic, and traditional setting... this experience was our favorite experience from our time in Lisbon! The owner made the diner and Fado particularly wonderful due to his attention to our needs, personalization, and his participation in the evening's events. He made us feel so welcomed and cared for. It was as if we stepped into his own home! 10/10. Do not pass up the opportunity to dine at this establishment!!

10/10Simply amazing! From the food to the service - everything was so delicious. Service was friendly, knowledgeable plus they knew English which was nice. When we go back to Lisbon, we will definitely make a point to go back.

+1Wonderful evening of fado! The food was delicious as well. My only complaint is that after we finished our meal, we were there for 2 more hours listening to the music and talking, and not once did someone offer us another glass of wine or even water. We did finally ask for water and got some but it just seemed like we were forgotten about.

8/10The food was ok, I would say 7/10. The sea food was soaked in oil. But the atmosphere was 11-10, amaizing, romantic, the singers were great. I would still recommend it to my friends, and hope that the food would be better in the future.

10/10An autentic fado house! true artists!Full of passion and faithfull to their languqge, style and cultural herritage. A Concert respectfull to artists. along with a cosy atmosfere, warm reception, honest local food it has made this evening unforgetable. The bill was worth all mentioned stuff. Best recommendations.

9.5/10The staff is very kind and friendly and the food is great! We ate cheese, garlic gambas, octopus and fish! The sweet rice was also great! The place is a bit narrow, but I think it’s typical of the neighborhood! I recommend it!

9/10Our fado dinner was amazing!! Typical atmosfere, good food and a wonderful concert in three moments during the dinner. The service was great as well: despite sometimes it felt like they forgot our table, the waitress was kind and who I think were the owners incredibly attentive. I had a headache and they managed to provide me with a pill. Very correct price: 45€ for the menu and 15 for the fado show. Recommended!

10/10It all made for a wonderful evening. I was visiting the city for the weekend with my mum and this was the first stop on our trip. The place, the welcome, the service, everyone is kind and attentive. We had a great dinner accompanied by several interpretations of fado by different artists. A great introduction to Portuguese culture. Thank you for all your attention.

9/10The food was generally very good, the octopus and prawns dish and the sardines in particular were excellent. Didn’t love the desserts, but the overall quality of the food, the service, atmosphere, and really wonderful Fado performance made this a great dining experience. Highly recommend.

6.5/10Massive, too many small tables, expensive drinks. Main course was delicious, starter and dessert were not good enough considdering the price. De singers and music were really good, but it wasn't much. They were singing three times, two times very shortly, the third time longer, that wsas also the best. But the singing started late. We have seen people come in early, got there three courses quite quickly and having to leave before the singing. After that their table was sold again. It's a bit of a tourist trap and an expensive one. Good point being the the singers, they are really good!

9/10We had a delightful evening at Parreirrinha de Alfama recently. The food was delicious - we each had the baked cheese appetizer and the sauteed octopus and shrimp for our main dish. Dessert was the chestnut pudding and the chocolate mousse. Service was excellent and the Fado was outstanding. It was truly a memorable evening! One thing detracted a bit from the overall experience: we were seated next to a curtain that apparently had a room behind it where work was being done. This caused distracting noise at times. We were the first to arrive and were told that it was the best table in the restaurant - I'm not so sure that it was. Also, because it's a small space and they only have one seating per evening the tables were very close together. I totally recommend this as a great place to have a delicious meal along with wonderful Fado music!

10/10The atmosphere was amazing; the fado singers were excellent and definitely stars of the evening! What we thought would be perhaps a half-hour set turned into a proper session with four-five fado singers jamming at the very end to close the show. Amazing atmosphere! We were very happy with the food, too - prawn starter and the octopus stew were simply superb, A fado evening in this charming place, absolutely recommended!

7/10The food was very average but the Fado show was excellent and the staff were helpful.and pleasant. The Fado singers were all first rate. On the whole it was a very pleasant evening out but the price /quality of food could only be classed as average However for a evening out of Fado singing that could not be faulted

9.5/10The experience of last night I will cherish for life. The set menu purchased through Fork exceeded my expectations. You are limited to three courses, but you have the alla_cart menu from which you make your choices. The fado singers were excellent. I did not understand their words, but their vocal skills and projected emotion were tangible. I liked that so many native-speaking guests shared this experience with me.It gave a stamp of authenticity.
