+1Particolare di Siena What a beautiful meal! Many restaurants in Siena are closed on a Sunday evening, so we were very fortunate to find Particolare di Siena. It is a beautiful small restaurant with a sophisticated, but welcoming atmosphere. Mattia is the friendly and congenial owner. He is extremely knowledgeable about food and wine and speaks very good English. We chose the five course tasting menu and found that it was an incredible value for 70 euros - especially accompanied by a lovely wine pairing for 35 euros. This restaurant is an exceptional value for the quality of the food, wine, atmosphere and service. Mattia and his mother, Chef Francesca, are delightful, talented, warm, and gracious hosts.
