It's always the great cibo romano and the excellent service at Pasta al Volo! Danielle was our most patient, kind, generous, attentive, and over-all excellent host all-throughout our stay for lunch! We ordered all their main dishes---and the favorite, as always, is the very richly creamy carbonara, generously dashed with guanciale--in authentic roman style! Never miss their tiramisu for dessert! Looking forward to our next visit!
