Good reviews. If you want a romantic Italian candle on the table experience, Balboa is not for you. But if you want committed people offering a high standard of cuisine, and quality produce, then it's spot on. Delicious food and a great flight of canned wines.

A small but cozy café with interesting flavor combinations in the dishes. However, the quality of the pasta could be better — it was a bit chewy and rubbery.

We had a wonderful time having dinner in Pasta Balboa, Thomas was an excellent host, allways pending of our needs and delivering us in a sweet manner. The food was the best pasta I’ve ever tried, please go go go when you visit Madtid in Chamberi area. The best pasta in town. Thanks Thomas!!! See you soon !!😎

Great place, great food and the service was amazing. Girl working there was super kind to us and even suggested which pasta/sauce mix was good for what we were craving. Clean place and great decoration.

The food, the restaurant vibe and restaurant service were all excellent. I’m gluten-free so that is a bonus! Great overall experience.

Great food and attentive service. Would be great to be able to order a bottle of wine but the Aperol spritz was great too.

The service of the shop was amazing. They explain exactly the menu. The food was also fantastic and the pasta was from scratch. Lastly they have variety of different kinds of pasta. We will for sure go again in the near future.

Great little restaurant. The pasta is made to a high standard, there is a large selection of sauces and unusual types of pasta. Pistachio tiramisu is a dope.

The place is very specific. It has its own vibe. Wine is served in a normal glass, pasta in a recyclable bawls. They only have pasta and very few starters but the pasta was very good. I would go back :)

The concept is new and hip. Its fast food very well done. Liked the pasta, the bolognese was really good. Also tried carbocrema and pesto rosso. Both really good as well. Would definitely recommend to try.

We visited the place with kids and liked everything, thank you. Pasta is fantastic and drink selection is very creative. Nothing to complaint about at all.
