The chef needs to spend at least 2 months in Italy. I ordered the carbonara, and while it technically contained most of the ingredients of a carbonara, it completely missed the essence of one. The pasta water clearly never met salt, and the chef seems unfamiliar with the meaning of al dente. What arrived was a pale, confused dish that had once heard about carbonara from a distance. The bolognese was even more tragic. It reminded me of the food served to inmates in Prison Break: functional, maybe, but absolutely no flavor. No depth, no richness, no love—just silence on the palate. Flavors? Favouuuus? None to be found. As for the gnocchi… calling them gnocchi is generous. They were more like bricks. Dense, heavy, and tasteless. I came to enjoy a meal, not to build a castle in my stomach. Italian cuisine is about simplicity, balance, and respect for ingredients. Great meal for my family and I at PastaBene and we loved the concept of selecting pasta, sauce and any additions. Good food at a fair price and the owner and his wife made us feel at home.

Service and food good, small „Take away“ restaurant with limited atmosphere,, neighter Italian nor Parisian style, not a place for spending a full evening.

Extremely delicious and fresh burrata appetizer, fresh pastas and the carbonara and calabrese sauces were amazing. Large portions too. Dessert was amazing and the service was very friendly and attentive.

Even if we went there before our exact reservation time, they accepted us immediately. Salat burrata was really tasty. Also truff and gorgonzola pasta was delicious. There was no problem apply the fork. Thank you

Food were really good. We ate mafeldine with gorgonzola and mafeldine carbonara. Both of them were delicious. Burrata salad also good. Service was nice and they were really kind. 🌸
