9.5/10We had an evening menu with wine pairing. Creative cuisine focused on local themes and flavors, which started slowly with tasty bread, olive oil and an interesting mix of herbs, spices and graines, then continued with amuse bûche, appetizer and excellent fish and meat dishes. All the courses were delivered as a pair of plates - variations on the same main ingredient, e.g. beef and beef sausage. The ingredients, the spices and sauces highlighted and accentuated the main pieces - very nicely matched. The wine was mostly well matched to the courses - I was not sure about a couple of selection, e.g. the Riesling and dessert. Excellent cheese course - St. Nectaire prepared two ways. The service was very welcoming, attentive, and friendly. The room design could be better - the ancient room theme, in my opinion, is spoiled by the modern looking cave entrance with the screaming sign ‘Wine Cave’ - not very subtle and appropriate. We really enjoyed the dinner - great place and very promising.

9/10We had a very interesting dining experience. It was a seven course meal and it was always a surprise as to what you will be served based on our food preferences and taking allergies into consideration. We truly enjoyed the restaurant and beautiful presentation of the food.
